“They did great with my piercing, but some information they gave me didn't align with what other piercers have told me. The front desk staff is rude in person and over the phone. They have been incredibly sassy and inconsiderate. They hate answering questions. The mismatch information came from the front desk. My piercer was wonderful. He made sure I was comfy and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, they will not switch out your jewelry for you, this is part of the rating because it's ridiculous that they won't provide that service when they said they could at the time of getting pierced.”

“This is a great shop. So glad I found it. Everyone is super friendly and very professional. Coco did a fantastic job on my nails. She made sure they were just right. They take walk-ins and appointments and I didn’t see one person wait for service, even during an after work rush at 5 o’clock. Will definitely use this shop again!”
