“Great experience, pre-Covid was my first time, and that was just as good as this time. Natalie (Nate) was quite good! She took the time to understand what I had in mind, paid attention to trimming detail, friendly, and genuine. She graduates in October, and will absolutely be a value to her next hair salon spot! As for appointment details- I made mine a week out, your greeted with water or their signature tea upon checking in, and the wait time is hardly long until your with your stylist. Very affordable too!”

“I made a last minute appointment for an up-do and was given Martha as my stylist. She was amazing! I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she did awesome! I got complements all night and made sure to refer her. The staff and instructors were super friendly as well. Definitely will recommend and return in the future.”

“Short Version - Extremely difficult to schedule an appointment, or contact anyone. I purchased a Groupon for an appointment for a friend. After about 5 unsuccessful tries calling, someone finally scheduled us. When we drove there, they were closed due to weather (no notice that are appointment was canceled or moved). Have tried multiple times calling since then, with no luck. They simply shouldn't sell services through 3rd parties, if it's this difficult to actually schedule the appointment.”

“My experience with this beauty school it’s amazing. The students are great. I could never pick one because they’re all great. The teachers are amazing Miss Brooks has such great energy awesome teacher, love her. miss Lisa, also beautiful and very nice, Miss Shannon absolutely beautiful always on point with everyone students, teachers and clients. I go there all the time for service because I could never get enough. I do my hair my nails it’s just great. I recommend the school 100%.”

“I am deleting my review for the sake of the students career, but please if you are not interested in learning or don't want to do a good job don't waste your clients time and money. This is not a joke for the client, it maybe for you. If you feel lazy or tired tell your instructor or client, so they can leave or let another student who REALLY LOVES DOING HAIR do it. If you are not passionate about learning spare please go home find another job or passion that you can put your heart into. If you are too tired to do hair but energetic enough to chat to your colleague the entire time you are bleaching delicate hair then clearly you are negligent and you don't deserve to work on anyone's hair AT ALL! It was also the fault of the colleague who was chatting up a storm while doing a perm. . It is absolutely disrespectful to the client and your colleague who is trying to focus on bleaching I am a resident surgeon so I have to select cheaper options while I pay back my student loans. Imagine me talking about a party to my colleague while doing an awake liposuction or a cosmetic surgery or lip filler on my patient, the patient would feel absolutely disrespected!”

Typically don’t make drastic changes to my hair color so I was hesitant going to somewhere new, however the entire location is organised and a very well oiled machine for both the students and the consumer.
