“Dispensary advertises a product on sale online. Multiple purchases made. The sale price is not honored. Why? Dispensary states it was an error. An error in this realm is loosing a decimal, ie &100.00 in instead of 1000.00. Unfortunately this business does not have an understanding of misleading/false advertising. Not stating it was deceitful however it was posted orders were placed and then not honored. I see dispensary does not care.The Attorney General cares and he will decide what happens. Unless purchasers advised to go civil and the most awarded will be $5000.00 but the average judgement is $1000.00. Quite a bit more than just the error All the purchasers want is the honor system and charge as advertised.”

“Clearbrook is one of the best treatment centers NEPA has to offer. I like to compare it to a country club and the staff are like family. Some of the most caring people I've ever met in my life. The program they have to offer is next to none. They help save people's lives and it's truly remarkable of them. The most important of the staff, in my opinion, is the Behavioral Health Techs and Intake Techs. They made the process very smooth and they deserve a raise. I will always recommend this place to anyone needing treatment services.”

“If I could give zero stars for the Burke Center I would, but unfortunately that’s not an option here. I literally just watched a family member who is a patient of the Burke Center and has been for a quite some time go through one of the roughest things I’ve ever seen in my life! With no medical help or advice from there, the nurse practitioner that was assigned to take care of my loved one was extremely rude and unprofessional. When assistance was requested and needed there was no help at all! After trying to speak to a supervisor or doctor it was left to a simple “ they will call you”. Sadly there was no call or help from the Burke Center. Which lead my loved one to seeking a new doctor who is better educated on the medication they are taking. The medication that they are taking has extreme withdrawal symptoms that could lead to death. Thankfully the doctor that we found is very well educated. So this will never happen again. I would highly recommend searching for a person / place with more experience, knowledge, and an all around better quality of care and humanity. Sincerely, A loving family member”
