“Most of the food here is great, especially if ordering off the menu. Be aware of some of the prepackaged goods. I’ve had overnight turmeric oats & farro salads that have tasted off. They looked at the single number written on the bottom & replaced them. Also have gotten zucchini or banana bread that was over cooked before. Their prices are also pretty steep. Love the staff & how quick food & service is otherwise”

“This is the second Chicago dispensary I've visited and it was a pleasureable experience much like the first. They check your id at the door real quick then let you through the doors. The employee working with us was very nice and helpful. It was quick and easy to place an order and just as quick to checkout- mind you this was on a Sunday morning so it's probably busier on other days. But if you want to make things quick go Sunday morning. I like the interior, it was more cozy than some dispensaries that have bright harsh lighting and all white everything. They also advertised sales and discounted prices for veterans, seniors, and medical card holders for certain hours which is nice. Pretty good experience overall 👍”

“I recently went to Suburban Medical for my yearly check-up. I switched to Dr. Patel as my main doctor, and boy, am I glad I did! The whole team there is super nice and helpful. Dr. Patel really took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense. He checked me over really well and made sure I understood everything about my health. The staff there were all really friendly and made me feel comfortable. I totally recommend Dr. Patel and Suburban Medical to anyone looking for a great doctor. They're awesome!”

“This is my first time going to see a psychiatrist to help with some personal issues I have been dealing with. I made my appointment with Emily Filip and she was professional, warm, kind, listened to what I had to say. She asked me questions pertaining to my life and the current issues I've been dealing with. She was insightful in her responses and I appreciate that she feels medication isn't the first response to my case. Instead, she suggested that I see a therapist because she believes the even though I have some issues handling anxiety, irritability; it doesn't need medication but rather seeking someone to speak to and learn coping skills. If medication is needed down the line, she left it open for me to reach out to her in a few months to see how I am doing and we can decide the next course of treatment. She focused on the person that I am and acknowledge that I need more help to learn new techniques that can assist what I have been doing already. She urged me to continue to journal my thoughts and emotions as I wait to speak to a therapist.”

“Around 2 years I've been going to this place. Parking is chaotic but I overlook it. However recently, 11/29/23, I was shocked that an employee/manager that I've interacted with many, many times was working a register and this woman proceeded to treat me as if she didn't know me! Please note: I wear pretty much the same type clothing all the time.Bemused and offended, I asked her "You don't recognize me"? She looked at me strangely and said she did NOT know me. I have been in this place minimum of a hundred times. As a manager, how do you not know your customer base? I'm speaking directly to this employee now. Maybe you were having a bad day but you were rude, disrespectful and dismissive to a good customer. If I can find my favorite somewhere else, I won't come back. Ironically, the next person in line was greeted with their name and a "how was your Thanksgiving? I guess as a regular customer I'm not deserving enough for a friendly greeting. Hey redhead, I even gave you a $3 tip you didn't deserve. Only reason being that I treat people with respect. I don't think you got that memo, ma'am. Overall, this incident left me feeling, insulted, offended and considering the thousands of dollars I've spent there, pretty unappreciated.”

“This hidden gem was awesome! Extremely relaxing holistic approach to health and healing. They offer different types of therapy. I experienced the Salt Cave with six of my friends in a group setting, a 45 minute session. It was so relaxing that one friend fell asleep! You have to try this for yourself to fully understand the benefits of this experience. They have message therapy, children's salt therapy, infrared sauna, halotherapy, brine inhalation therapy. The pricing is affordable and you can get group discounts. There is free parking available right outside, and very nice restrooms for the clients. We all plan to incorporate this into our schedules! Definitely going back!!!!”
