“Came here for brunch on Sunday. Parked in garage one block away. Very nice atmosphere. Had French toast with fruit and it was delicious. My grand daughter had the banana crepe and she didn't like the banana in it! The banana was a little soft but still good. I ordered coffee but never had an offer for a refill! The women's bathroom had a stack of wooden toddler seats next to the toilet which isn't very sanitary! I thought that was odd!”

“There was not a wait and there were many tables available on a Sunday morning. I got a crepe which was supposed to have guacamole in it but it did not have it and that may have been why the meal overall lacked for me. I got an iced lavender latte which was delicious. Everyone else at the table liked their food. They had oat milk as an option for coffee which was nice. I wish they had a better system for bussing our own food because it was a bit messy to me.”

When you walk in you think you've turned into a wonderland, it's very fun the way they've designed the space, however the husband and wife team who run the place care about a lot more than just the decor! We met the owner standing behind the bar and working alongside his team. He explained this is the second location, after outgrowing the first. It runs like a seasoned establishment and what you came there for... The food and drink, hit the mark! We tried the crab cake, an inventive play on the traditional, served with potatoes, it was delicious. We also enjoyed a panini and a crepe, both were delicious and just off the beaten path of what you would find nearby. Definitely a stop for a hungry family, a couple, or the birthday party of a kid. They are expanding their dinner menu so there's more to come. It's worth checking out the bar, they have a great selection of inventive cocktails and some absolutely delicious frozen milkshakes.... And yes you can get those boozy!! I don't work for and I wasn't paid by these guys, it was just an unexpectedly great experience!”

Get there early before they run out as it is amazingly good!!!!! Anna the owner was so pleasant and helpful in proudly explaining the details of how everything is freshly made. “Genki is a staple in the Richmond! Usually only come here for crepes, but the mini mart has a great collection of items for purchase. I usually get sweet crepes, but have recently been getting their savory ones. I actually really enjoyed the savory crepes. I got the ham, cheese (mozzarella), and lettuce crepe. The cheese is nice and gooey and the lettuce provides a nice freshness to offset the saltiness of the cheese and ham. I also love getting their sweet crepes as they always hit the spot. There's some seating inside, but also benches outside. Definitely a great spot to grab a quick meal or dessert. Street parking is most likely your only option. There is residential, but only if you're lucky.”

“I've been here twice now and ate in and taken out. I tried the pizza crepe and the special crepe. It's nice that all food is vegetarian and can be prepared vegan. The crepes are excellent and cut into easy to eat squares. The coffee is also excellent. I've had both a cappuccino and an americano. The coffee is authentically from Italy. And it is I think one of the top coffee shops in the area. I'll be sure to go back and try the sweet crepes again. Its great to find a place with vegetarian food for Fridays or during Lent, or any other time, that is this good.”

“Great experience but a little hard to find. When you check Google for directions it takes you to their old address. I had to call to find out that they were in a different business which is fine but they should at least have a sign at the old place letting people where they're at. We would've went somewhere else but we're from AZ and my group really wanted to try it. I will say once we got there, the food and service was amazing. Great place to have brunch with friends and family.”

Got there at 5:15pm and by 6p it was packed Adequate parking at businesses across the street that are close in evening. Entrance is on corner of building and not the 2 large doors that I tried to use. We had the salmon and shrimp dishes and saved the crepes for dessert. Food was excellent. Server was pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job…very attentive. Loved the colors and different decor areas you could sit. Definitely recommend. Also had French onion soup, escargots, salad and a few drinks…around $70 per person.”
