“I had an accident case and john handle it very well. I needed a lawyer for a Estate will I was referred. To Mr. Chapman. He took my information and I never heard back. I called he never returned my call. I sent an email he never returned to my email. I called the office and spoke to john's assistant She told me Peter would give me a call. He called me on the phone,and was rambling on and on about the laws.. I was told bring him the money and I'll set it up. There were other things that needed to be done,and he said he'll call me back. Never did no compassion, no concern, very disappointing. Very unprofessional.”
