“Very nice service! All of the staff didn't speak good English, but they found us a person who spoke. Menu was only Italian language, but staff member recommended us some traditional dishes. The food was really good and beautifully served.”

“This restaurant deserves to be in the spotlight and protected at all costs! Not only if you happen to be in Turin, but even with a coupe hours by car, is worth the trip. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The most authentic local cuisine of Piedmont, in the beautiful and genuine intepretation of the Chef, who takes classic dishes and simple ingredients to a higher level, complemented by a welcoming service and very well selected wine list 🤤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Places like this should be the standard, rather than the exception. Bravi 👏🏻”

“A ride on one of the most exceptional and creative culinary rollercoasters i have ever been on. Vegetables take the spotlight, fish and meat serve as side dishes. Chef and brigade - a young and energetic crew - serve your set menu throughout the evening, explaining in much detail what is on your plate. The art of coming to the very essence of flavours is mastered at the next level here. On top of that, the concept of the social table adds an extra dimension. Fun facts for me: 1. first michelin starred place i ate where the main course is as fascinating as the starters. 2. One of the very very few times i loved the dessert (i usually skip because i hate sweets, but this ... oh boy!). Definitely in my top 3”
Via al Castello, 4, 13883 Roppolo BI, Italy
“A beautiful castle with a lot of history. Now it hosts an amazing art collection: Rafael, Van Dyck, Guido Reni. The owner really cares about art and visitors: he was so kind as to guide me personally around the castle. A beautiful moment of my journey to Piedmont.”

“Palazzo Boglietti is a modern building in Biella with a futuristic architectural structure. Its planning began in the early nineties but completion took place at the beginning of the 2000s. Since 2006 it has been fully functional and used as a cultural center of the "Obiettivo Domani" association. As such it is used as a venue for exhibitions, conferences and conventions. The surface on which the building is located was not previously used and was made available by the owner, the entrepreneur Giovanni Boglietti, who spent his childhood here and who wanted to entrust the architect Alberto Rizzi with the task of designing a building that was inspired by the natural world, closely recalling the structure of an oak tree from whose trunk fungi with a classic disc shape emerge. All with a massive use of a natural material such as living stone. The building is spread over 1,500 square meters distributed over three floors and a basement, with a full-ground space used as an espace capable of changing its form of use according to exhibition needs and a viewing terrace from which you can enjoy the panorama towards the Biella pre-Alps. The building - completed by a series of services such as restaurant, bookshop, internet café - is located in a decentralized position with respect to the city center as it is located near the roundabout that connects Viale Macallè with Via Fratelli Rosselli. On a strictly architectural level, of particular interest is the stairwell designed as an inverted triangular pyramid and differently oriented with respect to the organizing axes of the system.”
