Rock-a-hula
4.5
( 8 reviews )

2201 Kalākaua Ave Building B, Level 4, Honolulu, HI 96815, United States

“Wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect and didnt think we’ll have Elvis and Michael Jackson impersonators but they were amazing! The hula dancers, the band and the fire dancers were all amazing! Our five year old twins loved the show and wanted to come back. I was impressed with the quality, calibre of performance and I think it was great that they went through the recent history of Hawaii so you get various styles of music and dancing. The buffet was also delicious, and time went by too quickly! The only suggestion I have is to increase the aisle spaces between the dining tables as it was pretty cramped! Otherwise, highly recommend this luau!”

“What a beautiful place! We did the self guided tour. The property is gorgeous with plenty of amazing views and information about all the plants brought to the island. The water from the spring was refreshing. The older woman working was so nice and the dogs who greeted us were very cute, thank you!”

Southernmost Point Of The United States

Island of, Naalehu, HI 96772, United States

“The Southernmost Point of the United States! Yay, now i can say I've been there. The scenery was so unbelievably beautiful. People don't talk about the beach at all when they talk about the Southernmost Point. But it was the most beautiful natural coral beach. It was so beautiful. I've never been to a coral beach before. If I knew about the beach, I would have had a better plan to spend more time here. I would love to come back here if I can.”

82-6199 Hawaiʻi Belt Rd, Captain Cook, HI 96704, United States

“Worth visiting this farm if you are a coffee lover and history buff. There were people in the farm who walked us thru the ancient times (may be 100 yrs ago) and told us the history of the family who owned this farm and how they used to do chores on this farm. There are many coffee and macadamia trees. We cracked some fresh macadamia nuts and they were so yummy. We were offered some oranges that grow on that property and they were so juicy and sweet. We really had a good time visiting this farm and learning the history of the farm.”

Luau Entrance, 3850 Wailea Alanui Dr, Wailea, HI 96753, United States

“The food and service here were great. I enjoyed learning about the culture and loved the interactive part of the show. My boyfriend stole the show with his moves. I hate that I did not get it on camera. We had a table to ourselves at the stage, so it was a bit pricey. Overall we enjoyed the experience.”

“It's definitely a great show. along with the dancing, they give you small oral history about all the Polynesian islands, not just Hawaii. The food is just ok, but splurge for the best package. Comes with free lei, early entrance, free premium drinks until 730pm and front row seating.”

Mele Luau Oahu At Coral Crater
4.8
( 8 reviews )

91-1780 Midway St #1, Kapolei, HI 96707, United States

“This was my first Luau and I LOVED my experience! Everything was just wonderful, the people, the food and the atmosphere! Everyone was very nice (shout out to Johnny), the food was DELICIOUS, and the show was very interesting from start to finish. The only thing I'll do differently is my seating option. I paid the VIP price and I guess I was expecting something more than what I received. To my knowledge the only difference between the VIP package and the other options is the positioning of your table. VIP is right in front of the stage, but it wasn't worth the price to me. I would've been okay with just paying the regular price and still would've enjoyed the show just the same. Also I would've eaten more food, (buffet style) but one of the other patrons was clearing her throat while fixing her food, and that turned me off completely. Lastly it was difficult to be able to truly enjoy my food because the flies were out. If they can get that under control (somehow), the experience would be perfect! Overall, I would do I again and plan to whenever I'm back in Waikiki! P.s That roasted pig was so good!! 🤤”

Imiloa Astronomy Center

600 Imiloa Pl, Hilo, HI 96720, United States

“We loved this place! There is so much to see & learn. Plenty of hands on activities for children of all ages and lots of information stations and things to read. The theater dome is really cool and the shows are different and our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. The mural in the entrance is amazing and we loved how the culture is integrated into the lessons and traditional stories are passed down. I am considering a family year pass. The bathrooms are nice and there is an outside covered picnic table area so you can bring lunch and enjoy the day here. We went with our school class for field trip and we had the place to ourselves on a day they are usually closed. I saw there is a cafe area but it was not open when we went as it was not a regular, full-staff day. The parking lot seemed sufficient.”
