Gerlan Chapel, High St, Morfa Borth SY24 5JA, United Kingdom

“Just tried out this cinema to watch Saw X and we were blown away by this little gem. Lovely staff, a bar that serves hot, soft or alcoholic drinks. Popcorn and nachos. But the cinema itself is like going back in time, with fabulous decor, & comfy reclining seat. Highly recommend. Would like to try the restaurant upstairs next as the menu looks fantastic.”

Now it's mainly tribute bands , our last visit for Marti Pellow which was superb. Great cafe bar for a catch up with friends and when the sun shines sit outside and people watch on the Prom. Love Porthcawl.”

“An interesting place to visit when you are in the area. It is the former home of the Ladies of Llangollen and now preserved as a small museum. The dark wood carvings throughout the house are fascinating. There was a Gentleman Jack exhibition on during our visit. Gardens are free to visit and make for a nice walk. Great tea room on sire.”

National Trust - Cilgerran Castle

Open until 04:00 PM

Cilgerran Castle near, Cardigan SA43 2SF, United Kingdom

“We drove through the small town and down a steep narrow lane, questioning where we were heading. At the end of the lane, it opened up into a car park with the river running alongside. We put on our walking boots and used the public toilets before heading along and up the woodland footpath. The walk was peaceful and led directly to the castle. There was a reception/shop at the castle where purchasing of a ticket was required for entry. This cost us £5 each. It was a nice little castle situated at the top of the hill overlooking the river and neighbouring woodland. Very nice place for a walk.”

Althrey Ct, Bangor-on-Dee, Wrexham LL13 0DA, United Kingdom

“Went for the family. Fun evening. Very good night of racing mainly because I had six winners! Something I only achieve achieve about once every 5 years. Very easy course to get in and out of ,good number of bookmakers. facilities good generally, there is no covered stand and thus in inclement weather you would have to be inside unless you were prepared for the elements.”

Little Oaks Play Village
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Open until 03:30 PM

Units C1 and C2, Langland Way, Newport NP19 4ED, United Kingdom

“Hadn’t visited for over a year, and was excited to come now my youngest child is able to play. However I was really disappointed. The place was ice cold! Really, really uncomfortably cold. The place felt a little tired compared to our last visit, and there weren’t many bits and pieces in the houses. There were no ice cream cones for the parlour, and the animals in the vets looked like they had seen far better days. There are also far too many little written signs - telling you not to do this and that! Not as magical as we remembered and definitely don’t visit in winter 🥶”
