“It's the best and wonderful place!!! I thought I might get bored quickly, but I ended up staying for 5 hours. I was able to experience valuable games that are rarely ported to consoles. I think the maintenance is well done compared to other place. If I could make a request, I would like the volume of OutRun to be made even a little louder. And if you have AfterBurner, I look forward to it coming someday.”

“I’ve had a wonderful experience at iDance Vancouver, Mount Pleasant studio! I joined Lisa Parans’ Intro to Contemporary seven months ago and have enjoyed and benefited from her very engaging teaching style and huge heart. She is brilliant at what she does and knows how to make new dancers feel at ease. Lisa meets you wherever you’re at and brings an energy of playfulness and fun. The other dancers are warm and easy to talk with, and I’ve made some good friends. The women who run the studio have great energy, authenticity and a mindful presence. I feel so fortunate to have discovered iDance, and I highly recommend it as a warm and inviting community to be part of!”

“If you love Art Deco, pop into this 1930s office building near the water. It’s open to the public to see the architecture inside. Most of the design is in the lobby and don’t sleep on going inside one of the elevators. There are a few shops in the basement. Restrooms are in the basement but they aren’t open to the public unless you ask a shop owner to let you in.”

“Went abd saw the Grinch musical here. Wasn't sure how the seats were gonna be as we were in the balcony. They were great, I could see the whole stage. It was clean and the show was great. I did find it a bit cold in there but I guess maybe they had to for the performers with the lights and everything. They had the booster seats for kids, my son used it so he could see over someone's head and didn't have to complain the whole time. They even had concession and merchandise which I was surprised. It was a great show and the centre was a great venue!”

“Warm, light-filled, performance centre with lots of seating and very comfortable vibes. We didn’t check out any of the performances but saw the beautiful space. There were some display glasses with really cool art displays of owls and puppets. Parking is available at the Burnaby Art Gallery for up to 3 hours. It is also close to deer lake and a nearby playground.”
