Chef and brigade - a young and energetic crew - serve your set menu throughout the evening, explaining in much detail what is on your plate. The art of coming to the very essence of flavours is mastered at the next level here. On top of that, the concept of the social table adds an extra dimension. Fun facts for me: 1. first michelin starred place i ate where the main course is as fascinating as the starters. 2. One of the very very few times i loved the dessert (i usually skip because i hate sweets, but this ... oh boy!). Definitely in my top 3”
