They just replaced my wheel and do not charge me for it. Since then I have always gotten all my bikes serviced there. It’s the best bike shop I have ever been to: i cycled around the world and have visited many so I think I have a pretty good appreciation of it. “Took my daughter to this place, not knowing what to expect or prices. I thought price to have a bear made from scratch was decent (I was expecting more!!!), had a fun time, it was busy on the weekend but when isn't meadowhall at the weekend! Lots of different outfits, shoes, wheelchairs, bags and a big variation of accessories to choose from! Really enjoyed and will be coming again!!! “I am really disappointed in this store. I've generally been quite disappointed in the range of fabrics; they don't have any dress making fabrics or cotton jersey. It seems so behind the times and needs a really good update to stop customers visiting then leaving empty handed constantly. The store is kitted out with all kinds of dress making notions but without any fabric to back that up. On our most recent visit we were looking for a particular card making item and one of the staff (near the till) couldn't be bothered to put her embroidery down to help us look. Just waved us off in the general direction (of something they haven't sold for a year!). Luckily another lady who was in the wool section kindly helped us look and then found out they don't sell it anymore.”

Exactly what I described and shared with Holly from images I'd gathered mainly from Pinterest. I didn't know much, so gave Holly creative license and she created flower arrangements of my dreams. “This is the worst store ever. I visited on January 12th to purchase a mattress. After leaving it in my room for over 24 hours to allow it to settle, the mattress was unusable. I had family members staying with me for the weekend, which is why I bought this mattress. However, when I tried to sleep on it the next day, I couldn't bear the terrible smell. My family members also complained about the odor, which smelled like chemicals had been poured on it. I decided to leave it out with the windows open for a couple of days despite the house becoming uncomfortably cold. I hoped that airing it out would improve the situation, but it didn't. I also contacted an agent online, who unfortunately couldn't help because I didn't have an order number to provide. The agent advised me to visit the store where I made the purchase, as it was their responsibility to arrange a return collection. Upon complaining at the store, for the second time with my purchase receipt the cashier told me that nothing could be done and that I should just accept it or reach out to the customer service. I called them and they informed me that I need to visit the store again. This has been happening for several days now. I would like to point out that two store managers have told me that they are unable to assist and that customer service is the only place to resolve the issue. It seems like they are playing a game of some sort. In general, Dunelm sells poor-quality products and their customer service/store managers are unintelligent. I hope others recognize their true nature. I should have paid more attention to the mattress reviews before making a purchase. Racist and unprofessional!”
