“I bought the Hampton 3 seat couch, it was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and comfy, however, it didn’t fit through the door (the delivery guys, Joe and Mike were so nice, tried everything they could, but the hallway was too narrow for it), so they had to take it back. I spoke with a lady named Zeiba to sadly request for a refund, she was so lovely, helpful, cheerful, and made the process so easy. Thank you guys for giving a happy ending to this heartbreaking story 😂 and specially thank you Zeiba for your extraordinary customer service, you are brilliant! 👏🏽 I will be back, but this time I will make sure to measure every single corner of the house 😅”
