“I purchased my Giant mountain bike years ago at Campus Cycles, and I decided to let them figure out the best solution for a flat front tire. After taking the bike inside the store to the back, I was greeted in a friendly manner and asked if I should take off the wheel. I was pleased to learn that wasn't needed and right away my bike was placed on a raised rack. I then found out that a puncture proof tube was only $5 more, and the cost for the repair, better tube, and tax was much less than I expected. I was still learning more about e-bikes in the front, when I was told my bike was fixed and ready to go when I was. My rear tire was also a little low, and the right amount of air was added to that too. I am pleased to write a letter or review when I go to a business and receive outstanding service, and as I drove home I thought that was a good decision to go back there.”

“Took my bike in for a rear flat tire. On my e-bike. Jerry from the service department greeted me helped me to get my bike inside put it up on the rack explained the process and the cost. I was supplying my own tube as my bike has odd size tires. And Jerry spent as much time as was needed to make sure that the job was done correctly. Even though there was a line of people waiting behind me with similar problems. He said we treat every customer as though there are best customer and that's why people come back. He is a credit to your company and to customer service and while he was doing this he was wearing Christmas decorations to maintain a festive spirit even while all of the holiday stress was going on. I will be back to see Jerry when I need service done on my bike. Trek he is a great employee and deserving of a pay increase and recognition.”

“Hidden gem with a great view of the bay. Everything is green and blooming with all the rain lately. The main (Spirit) trail has a poem with rock formations laid out along the way to match the poem. There are lots of trails across and around the whole park. There are a few "campers" here, but everyone seemed pretty peaceful. Dog friendly trails but beware of skunks. Only one restroom area was not kept well.”

So now bike looks completely off. When I complained, the owner stormed out at me telling that he can take the tire off, and I can go my way. Not really a good service for the price. I brought them a Bianchi bike that was bought new about 6 years ago and dropped it by for a tune up. This bike has never shifted or brakes so smoothly, even when new. “So a couple of buddies and myself were just starting our ride when a friend noticed there was a issue.(hasn’t been for a ride in awhile) From first contact in the bike shop, Fredy was most helpful to help us complete our purchase with a great smile! We decided to to the labor ourselves since it was a simple task (chain). After removing the old chain and installing the new one there was another issue with the length! Then we didn’t have the core tool to complete our task , so embarrassed, I walked back inside head hung low and talked with the mechanic Andrew who assured me it’s was no problem to help out a little! But I must say to my friends it was more than just a little! “Honestly it would be a nice gym if it weren’t for the culture of the employees that’s been perpetuating in commercial gyms for decades. I’m probably going to spend more to go to a private gym soon. Half of the time the gym smells like an open sewer and if you leave to car to grab something they want you to check in again even if you walked right passed them 60 seconds before that. I spend 55 dollars a month and buy an energy drink with a 66% profit margin in it every single day for the convenience factor and they can’t do something as simple as clean the bathrooms and value my time. It’s a simple transaction. I pay you money to use the facility. You accept the money. You leave me alone to do so. I’m not here to account for your members. Your employees are getting paid by the hour to be there and do just these aforementioned tasks. I am not, therefore my time is more valuable than their time.”

“Brought my bike to get serviced here. They didn’t know my wheels were tubeless so they charged me for new rim tape (I had perfect rim tape…) and for new sealant. I recently took off my tires and found NO SEALANT in one of the wheels along with 2 different rim tapes in each wheel, hmm. Glad I didn’t get a puncture out riding!”
