“Pest ban is for the birds. The company has a built in system that comes highly recommended by DR Horton building company. They are horrible. I have a security camera and often they would bill me for service they never came out to render. The ants and spider seems to want to take over my house. Several times I had to call them to send someone to come help exterminate the ants and spiders. Finally after almost two years of bad to worst service I called to cancel my account. With no explanation or alert they came and removed the termite box they bore a hole in my yard to place, leaving several gaping holes on my yard. They did not even have the courtesy to fill the holes with dirt. I do not recommend this company if you want to be treated as a valued customer. I do not recommend this company if you want your house treated for insects. Horrible! Horrible! Just horrible”

“Brought my first gaming pc into them after a freak power surge happened that took out the PSU even when hooked up to a surge protector (the psu lit on fire and smoked no joke 🤣😅). I paid for express service and Jason did absolute stunning work on this PC! It was worth the express service cause I took it in at lunch, and it was done before close that day! I can't express how grateful I am for the service being an option! I'm really passionate about gaming, content creation, and thought my PC was a goner. They took my PC from a dusty wagon back up to a Mach-1! Jason did amazing wire management, added a bracing for almost no extra cost, replaced the PSU, and cleaned the heck out of it! ALSO, even did a full diagnostic and warned me a of a future problem I should look into! The rest of the staff are really nice and even explained my billing to me thoroughly on the phone later on when I thought something was missed! Really professional and nice people here! I'll be gladly bringing my babies back into them for tune ups in the future! Thanks again to all of you! You really made my month a better one!”

Evan was super helpful and thorough in explaining the different ways to fix my phone (Pixel 6 with part of the screen not responsive despite having no cracks). He was also really helpful in guiding me through my insurance and seemed very experienced in dealing with phone claims. This group was so confident they did an amazing job that they even gave me a year long warranty for their repair which is quite rare for a repair shop!”

The young man in the front was so Amazing and knowledgeable as well as diligent with the quote and ran everything by the owner as we spoke. My device was restored and returned within a matter of hours for the price quoted by the owner and the front service technician. My device was in better condition than it was even better than it was when factory new. Though it was only months old I had no warranty because of where I purchased it. I am thrilled that I didn't have to undergo the agony of returning it to the company for service that would have taken time and possibly loss of data that runs three of my business ongoing seven years. Literally took 2 months for all of my data to transfer when I switched providers as it was. This company has saved me so much more than words and time can explain.
