“So we were two guys, bought the tickets online and reached pretty early to an empty queue. Got rejected at the door just like that. I have been going to Berlin and Amsterdam for techno and know that rejection is common but here it felt like the lack of French was a factor hence disappointing as the guy literally said that we don’t know you. But the thing that irked me most is the bouncer guy being super rude and asking us to leave while we are politely requesting our money back. We have paid the money and have the right to our money refund and this entitled guy is being super rude and racist and not even letting us talk and shooing us off like we are broke or something , totally unacceptable. It was only until another guy came and we had to politely ask for the money back. A polite request to the owners that if you don’t want to let us in that’s fine but there is no need for aggression when one is politely asking back their refund. Be humble guys.”

What's most frustrating is that the manager didn't inform us upfront that the table was reserved for other people. If I had known, I wouldn't have chosen to spend my evening there… It's disheartening to experience such poor hospitality at a bar that's supposed to be cool and high-end. However, I found it with bad music (Circuit Spanish and gay pop style!), i don’t recommend it for people want to rave on a good music or to shuffle dance! Security men are friendly with guys they know and so strict with foreigners, they forced me to put my bag in the wardrobe! Smoking room is deadly stinky! If you need the toilet you have to wait at least 15 minutes in the line! However, guys are open and friendly there, and you can be topless.”
