“So we were two guys, bought the tickets online and reached pretty early to an empty queue. Got rejected at the door just like that. I have been going to Berlin and Amsterdam for techno and know that rejection is common but here it felt like the lack of French was a factor hence disappointing as the guy literally said that we don’t know you. But the thing that irked me most is the bouncer guy being super rude and asking us to leave while we are politely requesting our money back. We have paid the money and have the right to our money refund and this entitled guy is being super rude and racist and not even letting us talk and shooing us off like we are broke or something , totally unacceptable. It was only until another guy came and we had to politely ask for the money back. A polite request to the owners that if you don’t want to let us in that’s fine but there is no need for aggression when one is politely asking back their refund. Be humble guys.”

“I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this bar. I arrived at 10pm with five friends, and to our surprise, the manager told us we had to leave the table by 12am. What's most frustrating is that the manager didn't inform us upfront that the table was reserved for other people. If I had known, I wouldn't have chosen to spend my evening there… It's disheartening to experience such poor hospitality at a bar that's supposed to be cool and high-end. This falls far short of the service standards one would expect.”

“The entrance is not blue as ir shows on the pictures si ir si note asuntos ton Find the place ! It’s black and they don’t make cocktails without alcohol. My friend is taking medicine so he can’t drink alcohol but we are celebrating a birthday and there should be a drink for everyone. So I just bought a bottle of wine 35 euros and as I didn’t pronounce it properly and how they wanted me to do it in French voila ! They just made that disgusting gesture ….. speaking between colleges and making fun of me , well last time on this place, really not very polite of them plus the food was just ok, expensive for just a small cheese plate, we are almost 30 people and they don not really care about the service ! Do not come to this place, Believe me. ….. 0 customer service”

“Been twice now to this wharehouse like nightclub specialising in the harder end of the techno scene for Drum and Bass and Dubstep artists. The club itself is cool and has a great sound system and lighting setup. Sadly it's let down by watered down beer served incredibly slowly. The outdoors smoking area is a smelly mess and it really could do with a bit more care and attention. It's ok if you like heavy choones and don't want to drink but I don't think I will be going back.”

“Food was good but it’s not so great because the service is not great. The woman at the entrance that looks like Ruth from Ozark was very mean, and Marine from the bar was be very aggressive. Our waiters were very sweet, but it’s a pity that the service is not consistent throughout the experience.”
