“I have been clubbing for 15 years now and this place tops them all. There are not many I haven’t been to all over the world and this place blew my socks off. Where to start? Greeted at the door by a friendly bunch of staff and that didn’t end there, all the staff in the club were also friendly and approachable. This is a rarity in the club scene. The queue moved fast. Cameras on phones appropriately covered up which resulted in no phones in the crowd. A big positive for the dance floor. Two great rooms to dance in, room 2 felt very personal, room 1 had a podium for those that like a better view of the room, plenty of chill out space. Smoking terrace and bars everywhere, so we hardly had to queue for a drink. The lights and sound system both incredible and the crowd to match. Not one bad soul in there. Just everyone having the best time. Great locker system in place for your belongings. Best club in London by miles. I’m only gutted I hadn’t been here sooner, but I’ll be making a lot of trips down from Manchester just to dance here. Great work from all involved. That is how it’s done. Nothing but love for you guys. Thank you”

“Everything’s absolutely stellar, except the horrible girl in a massive faux fur coat who threatened to kick me out of the club at 3am because I was sat down against a wall as my back was killing me. However the drink prices are a bit steep. Other than that, bar staff are lovely, it’s an amazing venue, and amazing live music.”

“I was a regular goer before pandemic, everything was amazingly queer: the music, the atmosphere. The club downstairs with decent entrance fees: £5, and only on the busiest days, with queer and diverse music. After Covid the owners of Ku Bar took advantage of the « cost of living crisis » and increased the fee to £10. £8 for a single Gintonic. Today they still charge £10 to enter and it’s now every day of the week you have to pay for it, sadly you would see Ku Bar became a place that only tourists visiting Central can afford and they naturally don’t care whether the music and the atmosphere honours queer culture, I guess that’s why the club at night only play electronic music and not a single queer hit.”

“This is the worst restaurant for fine dining. The service from the employee is bad. It makes you nervous. He may give you water without asking and calculate its value in the bill. The employees are not friendly. They are good but do not make you comfortable. The dish of the day is always unjustifiably the highest in price. I gave the restaurant two chances and they all let me down. I am completely dissatisfied with them and this is the last restaurant Fine dining I think of visiting”

“I can't begin to say how upset I am with the staff at The Haggerston. I went on a date with someone I really liked, but the music was far too loud. We could hardly hear each other and, in the end, it ruined the date I asked the two people responsible for the music to turn it down on three occasions. I was laughed at each time There was hardly anyone in the pub except for me and my date, so not listening to my request had nothing to do with the preferences of other clientele. It was to do with their own preferences, forgetting they're in the business of hospitality and customer service I can only despair at people's ignorance, lack of maturity and lack of customer service. This happened yesterday”

“Visited here during the day on a drag brunch. We were 30 mins late getting let in, then once we got in the venue it was chaos. There were not enough tables for people so they had to cram more in. The WiFi details were not on the tables and there was no signal, and food had to be ordered on the app. So people were trying to find out how to order. There is supposed to be one hour for bottomless drinks, which was delayed for most people by about 30 mins. In the end so many people complained they just allowed free drinks for the whole visit. On a note positive note the food was of a much better quality than I expected. The veggie burger and fries were great. There were 3 or 4 vegetarian choices. The drink choices were good, cocktails, mocktails I expected, but also canned cider, beer, fizzy drinks etc were in the free allocation. The music/DJ was great and the drag act was entertaining. One had a lot of clothing changes while the other stayed the same throughout ,(slightly disappointing). The atmosphere created was pretty good. I probably wouldn't do it again (but I'm getting old) as it felt like there were far too many people crammed in there, it started off very chaotic and do really busy... But I did have fun and a great afternoon with the teen.”

“We hosted our Christmas party here for our UK based clients. We had 50 people and hired the entire venue. The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating from start to finish. The venue was stunning and made to look so festive in time for our event. The food was incredible. We had the festive menu and a range or dietary requirements, all of which were met impeccably! This was such a unique and fun event, everyone had an amazing time. Can’t thank you guys enough for making our event such a success! Can’t recommend this venue enough!”

“Celebrated my friends 20th here, it was great but the service was CHAOTIC. Hence why I’m rating it 4 stars instead of 5. The waiters deserve a raise/bonus for dealing with such a hectic environment and the mangers need to be fairer to them. They provided good service but the mangers were being unfair. The food was delicious aswell as the drinks, prices were high but usual for London lounges tbh, I highly recommend the frozen strawberry daiquiri cocktail it was DELISH!!! One thing I really did not like however was that we all had to pay on one card? Luckily we were able to force them not to because I wanted to pay credit, but what a ridiculous rule! Lastly, the reception is too small for the amount of people they have coming in and coming out. They need to do better in that retrospect.”

“We had a fantastic time at Duo for a Birthday brunch celebration. Easy to find the location and walking distance from Camden tube station. The DJ was truly magnificent, he was able to read the room well, played amazing music and knew how to get everyone hyped. We hardly sat down to eat our meals because he created such a vibe we just just wanted to dance! He definitely makes the place pop. The venue decor and design is really fun & cool. Great for taking photos. Food was ok, took a little while to come out but came eventually. Cocktail presentation was fantastic and good value. Overall we had a fantastic time!”

“We visited Blend, taking advantage of a GROUPON deal. Service was great, the two ladies on FOH were friendly and the food was nice and fresh. Can be loud for some due to the open plan setting with the bar area, but nothing to put you off. The blue cheese sauce was lovely addition to our steak. They were 1kg Tomahawk steaks which were delicious. Starter was Calamari and we also had a nice bottle of Malbec between us. (Drinks and Starters were not part of the deal) I was definitely happy with the experience and would happily go back.”
