The changing room/toilet is chic, though a slightly dirty toilet seat was a hiccup. Service is decent, not quite matching their previous excellence - a missed foot wash before a pedicure was an unexpected change. Nevertheless, still a top-notch spa experience in Canggu.”

So, you might want to note down/remember their names if you prefer a specific therapist. We tried the chocolate body scrub, massage, hari spa and chocolate face mask. It was relaxing and the chocolate smell on your hair lasted for a few days. The interior design of the spa is cozy and very clean. Health and safety measures during the pandemic apply. They offer treatment packages at discounted prices. You need to bring extra underwear and/or bra if you get a body scrub/mask. But they provide disposable underwear if you forget. I suggested to the CS to also provide disposable bra for massage. Hopefully the owner will listen to our suggestion.”

“The price is okay, not so much different from other family massage parlor on town. I would pay extra bit to get the atmosphere they give here. You can also book a session via phone (which is there on the google map profile) to avoid any hassle. You can also choose your own preferred masseur (as long they are not busy). What is the atmosphere I'm talking about? 1. Good soothing background music 2. Dimmed lights to help you relaxed 3. Friendly masseurs, where you can choose between a male or female masseur. 4. A spacious and comfy seat, cleaned by the masseurs before and after you use it. 5. Free hot drinks after you finish your session, where you can get from the waiting room. The restroom is clean and maintained, in case you need to use it to change pants or just need to use the restroom. The massages are great and I recommend the full 2 hour session to get the best experience here. You will left unsatisfied if you're getting below the two hours session. At least, that's my personal experience here.”

“I only used the facilities. The place is decent, but I personally think that the temperature settings are a bit off than what I found it other places. Sauna was a bit too hot while steamer was too mild. Cold pool water was not cold enough and warm water pool was not warm enough. The front desk said that facilities fee included food, but I did not actually see anything other than some rice cube and crackers on the buffet table. Also, no free drinks at all, so it really feels like a quarter hearted gesture. Note that i finished bathing around 20:00pm, so even though I did not expect the buffet to be still loaded, I also did not expect it to be practically empty, as dinner time in jakarta is usually 19:30 to 20:30. One other thing that really bothers me: a GRO happens to see me when I just reached 2nd floor and she asked "massage, pak"? I shook my head and said "katanya disini ada sedia makanan?" And she replied "bapak nyari makanan, tapi ga massage? Tapi minumnya ga free loh pak". I thought to myself: if she seems to be bothered that much when a customer who is only using facility, go upstair to eat, why in the world the frond desk staff even bother telling me there is food upstairs, after I clearly tell them that I only go there to use the facility? I mean, of course I understands that I paid only rp 200k, a far cry from the rp 2mil massage package, but the point is, if the food is only for customers paying rp 2mil, why tell me about it?”
