“I didn’t experience anything bad during the check in process. They let me friend check in early cos I was on a later flight, seamless. Wonderful breakfast selections. I loved the SPA and the pool and the hot water pool. Nice shower. The sunna and the steam room were amazing after a long haul. Easy access to anywhere around the city, free shuttle bus comes handy but didn’t get to use it. Overall a solid 5 star hotel. However the public toilet area could be better maintained, I’m personally very picky about restrooms, do not think they are clean enough. Will be back again.”
