“For a busy and land scarce Singapore, Yunomori Onsen is a must go for relaxation. The atmosphere is calming and the place is clean with staff checking the water regularly. There is soothing music playing softly in the background. The price is 40$(haven't added gst) for members and $45(haven't added gst) for non-members. This includes a rental yukata and obi, a small towel,large towel and a locker for personal belongings. There is a cafe where one can don the yukata to visit barefooted. The price is similar to other Japanese restaurants and there are nods to the Onsen hidden in the food. The male and females are separated and the staff will pass you the yukata and towels in the changing room. The male side of the Onsen is nude and has 6 pools,1 signature(with magnesium sulfate), 1 to lie in ,1 bubble bath,1 silk pool( milky colour),1 40°c pool and 1 cold 17°c pool. There is also a shower area where one has to sit and shower before and after the dip. There is also a sauna and steam room separated by a shower in the male side of the Onsen. Pls remember to shower after visiting the rooms. There is also a nap room where one can lie down to rest. The room does not allow phones and noise as people are resting. One can pick up a blanket too. Overall,a great experience and if possible,visiting on a weekday will allow one to have a better visit with lesser people.”

Aida checked in with me if there were parts that i would like to focus on and everything hit the right spot. She would occasionally check in to ask if i’m too cold / pressure is too hard. Nice touches to the already very good experience. Room was clean, smelled really nice and I was glad we chose this outlet to pamper ourselves. We will be back! “I have to say it is really a wonderful experience coming to Musee Centrepoint. I have been coming to this outlet since Dec 2011 and ever since, I have never wanted to switch to another outlet. The staff are very friendly and nice and very helpful. No matter how “old” a customer I am with them, they will always make it a point to remind me about not exercising or check if I am on any medications before the treatment. They are really very careful in their treatment for me and they will constantly check on me when they shave/ scan each time. They will help to ensure that my shaver is clean before returning. I always look forward to coming and meeting them as all the staff here are very knowledgeable and consistent in their work. Session was really uncomfortable and painful. Keep on massaging with extreme force. Once down, my hand was swollen and painful marks were imprinted on my hand. Never going there again.”

“Great massage and spa outlet to visit if you have sores or need a good wind down. First time here and it did not disappoint. Price is rather decent but still a bit high.However I have a small complaint. I'll give a 3/5 for the environment as I was stunned to see the wallpaper in my room partially exposed and loose. There's also a shower in the room that, on further inspection, wasn't connected to the pipes so it's just taking up space in the room. The back of the shower had broken concrete pieces and a hanger laid on the floor. Not the best sight to see when you're down to relax your mind and body. But I'll give a 5/5, even a 6/5 to my masseuse and the massage experience. She was incredibly strong and I had to tell her to use less strength. She asked me if I had any preference or specific spots she should target and I told her my shoulders and legs. She used all her might to rub all the pressure points and it felt like all the stress and tension came out as an exhale. One hour flew past really quickly. Overall good experience except for the condition of the room. Averaging it out to a 4/5 rating. Would def drop by again if I have the chance as I'm frequently around this area on weekends.”
