Firstly the host I believe her name is Anna unless I heard incorrectly is wonderful and so accommodating (she made me the loveliest gin drink) I felt so relaxed and would love to go again. The young lady that did my pedicure was so sweet I will definitely go back for this treatment. Also my therapist from my previous appointment is thee best her name is dawn she is super strong, I love it. If you want an amazing, firm full body I recommend going to her.”

“Four of us went for a back, neck and shoulder massage as a team. Never received anything to drink, never was asked to complete a questionnaire about our health etc. Three of us had to undress in front of each other! Cringe! Our masseuses never even introduced themselves. The beds are not massage beds. We where all very uncomfortable and couldn't breathe properly. Massages was really bad. I felt as if mine was done by a student! There is dust everywhere, a spa should be clean. I will NEVER return there. If you're happy with 3rd grade service, this is the place for you.”

“one night is definitely not enough. we enjoyed a suite for one night because of a weeding at De Toren. the room was beautiful, the service amazing (i can highly recommend the club Sandwich!). the breakfast was delicious, there wasnt anything we missed. the only question is: what do we need to do to get one of the suites with a private pool next time? ;)”

“It’s not our first time there, but this time, Massage did not do it for us. Therapist asked for areas to focus on. Session had no effect. Though therapist was friendly and professional, the treatment itself was useless given the amount of money paid for. Facilities are fantastic! Rest room music too loud. Healthy Breakfast spread, yogurt was delicious, but dry fruits too dry and not tasty. Teas were not to everyone’s palette. Guys avoided this “too healthy” spread. Maybe coffee and normal servings and not too extremely strict on the other side of the scale. Cold sparkling water was awesome! All in all, in general great relaxing atmosphere. Only wish that massage was more effective ( in this regard, it was no value for money paid).”

“Went in this morning for a simple acrylic nail soak off. Even at 8.30 in the morning the service was wonderful. The staff member that did my nails was Hazel and it was so lovely to see such a welcoming smile so early in the day. My nails look perfect after the soak off and I would definitely recommend her for the treatment. Who knew a simple treatment could feel like a pamper?”

“We had a corporate booking at Kievitskroon, which they decided to cancel 3 working days before our event, allegedly because they had a prior booking which their system didn't pick up. 🤔 They were unwilling to still accommodate us and simply insisted that we move our (paid in full) booking, but then proceeded to ignore all communication from me for 24 hours... so with basically 2 working days left to make alternative arrangements, i contacted Robyn-Lee at Camdeboo... what a refreshing experience! She was friendly and accommodating and within minutes our event was arranged with them and i had their invoice (this step took about a week with Kievitskroon). And lo and behold, Camdeboo cost slightly less than Kievitskroon, but with so much more value for money! We got two treatments in stead of one, lovely and oh so tasty snacks at the spa and a nice lunch at the restaurant afterwards. While there were some room for improvement with the lunch and service at the restaurant, everything was very tasty. The snacks at the spa however was gorgeous, more than enough and simply delicious. The spa staff were so friendly and professional and all the ladies loved their treatments! The therapists clearly had excellent training and they went out of their way to assist and accommodate even the elderly ladies in our group. Robyn-Lee even arranged with Mervin to make several trips with a gold cart to collect our group from the spa and take us down to the restaurant, and then back again. Thanks also Mervin for your friendly "taxi service". 😁The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Will definitely recommend Camdeboo for corporate events, ladies functions or just for yourself. In a world where poor client service and over priced services are becoming the norm, Camdeboo surely is a breath of fresh air. Thanks Robyn-Lee for your professional assistance and special thanks also to Patricia for absolute perfect massages.”

“I had a lash removal appointment scheduled for 16:45. Upon arrival I was asked to come back 30 minutes later because the lash artist had accepted a client who was late. This is completely unacceptable! People who are late should be asked to reschedule so they won't inconvenience people who are on time. Alternatively they could have called me beforehand to ask me if they can move my appointment up by 30 minutes. But don't wait until I come there and then you tell me you are 30min behind schedule because you accepted a late client. You have wasted my time because you have zero respect for other people's time! Don't leave people in charge of a business who don't have a clue how to manage a business and a time schedule. I cancelled my appointment and walked out. You will never see me returning to this unprofessional place. I don't know how you expect to build a client base with service like this!”
