The massage was average. It was supposed to go for an hour but they accounted the admin time into the massage, so I only got 45 minutes in the end. Would not recommend.”

“We went for the weekend, but the bathhouse was not packed. I love it cause how they managed the booking well with not many customers entering the bathhouse at the same time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hair dryer did not work so they offered us an extra tower. They checked in with us about the experience, we felt appreciated. The bathhouse has good instructions on each treatment you are after. The size of the bathhouse was good, easy to access and smell nice. I love the complimentary skin care, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They have nice hot tea for detoxing as well. A wall of appreciation and separate bathrooms for men and women. The bathhouse experience was very relaxing and worth the price. I would definitely come back!”

But we paid for 30 mins massage and ended up only got 20 mins minus the time taking us to the room, enquiry time the therapist asked bunch of questions and stepped out for change. We even paid for the festival surcharge but the lack of professionalism and integrity is hard to accept. Although the staff who took the feedback said a report will be issued but no compensation was being offered to the customer who paid real money for the service. And who cares for your internal report really”

“Not even worth the 1 star. Communication poor, customer service poor, hygiene poor, facilities poor. Massage was terrible and expensive! Will be in pain for weeks to come. Bright lights stayed on, no relaxing music, masseuses talking loudly for the duration of the massage. Paid for a full body massage but hands and feet weren’t touched at all. Advertising states free sandwich and drink but not even a glass of water was offered. Stated on a number of occasions that I was early in pregnancy so needed a gentle massage laying on my side but was pressured in to laying on my stomach. Had to ask my masseuse 4 separate times to stop pushing so hard, ended up cutting the massage short and leaving in tears. Asked for a refund and had to argue my case back and forth for far too long with the rude woman at reception. Do not come here!”
