“I’ve been to Living Light Massage 3 or 4 times now, and have seen a different massage therapist each time. The good : it’s always super clean and a relaxing atmosphere. They have easy scheduling, friendly massage therapists, and I’ve always had a good massage. The not so great: two times I’ve had a therapist that smells faintly of cigarette smoke (I am sensitive to scents, esp smoke, so I’m highly aware of this). The therapists don’t seem to have a dress code, which makes it seem a little less professional. There isn’t any tea or other “extras” offered and there isn’t a shower. At the new location, the outside street noises/kids playing on the playground is distracting. Definitely bring your own earbuds for music! Overall, a good place for a massage.”

“First of all, I’d like to say this is my first time here and I had Laurie! She was perfect and I felt so safe with her however my friend had Michelle and she had an awful experience with her. Considering the amount of money she paid she was so very disappointed. Michelle didn’t give her the same treatment I had when I was with Laurie. Laurie put a warm wet towel on my back and continued to take care of me delicately it was amazing. While my friend said Michelle spoke to her coldly and didn’t provide her the same treatment as Laurie did me. I’m very happy with my experience however, I wish my friend had the same since SHE is paying. Michelle do better. We will not be coming again, but for Laurie I would ❤️”

“i am very disappointed with my experience here. i’m 15 years old and i went in to get my nails filled…pretty simple. right when i walked in i was trying to make conversation and act nice and she immediately was rude and just told me to pick a color. as she was looking at my nails (which were done by her the month prior) she told me that they were bad and she was going to have to do a full new set. before i could respond she started popping them off. at this point i wasn’t too upset because i didn’t think it would cost much more. as she was filing my nails she didn’t even ask what shape i wanted and just assumed, which turned out to be fine but it wasn’t what i would’ve picked. i have a really deep cut on the side of my finger because of how aggressive she was being with the file. she finished my nails and told me that it was $85…uhhhh. obviously she took advantage of the situation because im a teenager and i came in for a service that should’ve costed $40 max! i’m very disappointed with the service here and im never going back.”
