“Came across this establishment by chance and I'm so happy that we stopped. I needed to find a nail spa closer to my home when I'm unable to make it to my normal technician in PTC. The inside is very nice, bright and clean. The owner and technicians who serviced us were accommodating especially with me having my 2 daughters (7 and 3) with me. They made us feel at home and welcomed even when my girls begin to get restless waiting on me to be finished. They all did a great job with our nails and took extra special care with my babies which goes a long way with me. Tracy was extremely nice. She listened to my requests and fulfilled them with no problem. We also had great conversation that was not forced or uncomfortable like some can be. The black woman(I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) did a great job on my oldest nails and she was/is in love with her nails. All around it was a great experience and I already booked my next appt so I'll be back for sure!! I may even get a Pedi on this go round. Thanks again for your great service and hospitality!!”

Loved the balcony too. My massage was great and executed perfectly, she listened to my issues and addressed them perfectly. I was able to get a same day appointment which is not easy with independent massage therapists. I booked an hour before showing up and they had someone available.”

“I use to got here I remember why I stopped. Got a fill in and pedicure yesterday they told me $90 for a fill-in! That was the first red flag. The lady comes with pedicure but she will not allow me to hold it. She’s only showing me pedicures that are $70 plus. I told her that I’m a returning customer and this is not all of the pedicures that they have so she shows me the others I decide on a $60 jelly pedicure plus $40 for a refill acrylic on my toes. She tried to tell me that my nails will be $130 just for my toes . 60 + 40= 100 where did the other 30 come from . When I correct her attitude changes and say I can’t get jelly , so I asked how much is a regular pedicure she says $30 but 30+40= 70 . Still charged me 100 for my toes and 90 for my nails… it’s hasn’t even been 12 hours and these are my nails……”

“I went to jade massage and I enjoyed my massage would highly recommend for a place that is affordable & goes over & beyond for their clients. I arrived 30 mins late and there were no late fees & they didn’t rush my session. Mary did a great job. Only downsides is privacy & sanitation can be a bit better, the door was cracked open while my session was going and I had to request the door be closed and the cover on the bed smelled like mildew, there should be fresh clean sheets for every client & the room should always be secure & private. Overall I felt safe, I just felt for a first time visit if they would become better with privacy & sanitation they would be the best option in town! Updated Review 1/5/2024 Mary did an amazing job. She really has healing hands and a great personality. I can tell that she has gotten better since the last time I came and the sheets smelled great and it was very clean inside. They have made great improvements and I got the Swedish massage for 1hr and it was so soothing! I really needed after going through such a hard time mentally, I came out feeling at ease. 🙏🏾🤍🤎”

However, last night, I experienced some disturbance due to construction noise from the wall next door during my massage session. Despite this inconvenience, the massage itself was still enjoyable. I overheard a lady cursing the "F" word at the front desk and refusing to pay for her service due to the noisy sound. I couldn't help but wonder why she didn't request to stop her service within the first 10 or 15 minutes of massage if the noise was such an issue for her. It seems odd that she tolerated the entire hour and then complained about the service and refused to pay.”
