“We went with a group of ladies to get pedicures/manicures. The had seats for us, but then we sat with our feet in the water for more than 30 minutes before being helped. The nail polish that they used on me basically separated as it dried so I already have cracks in the polish. But the most offensive thing was as I was waiting for my nails to dry, they took the toe separators from the lady on my left and immediately used them on the lady on my right. It definitely didn’t give me confidence that any of the tools that they used are clean!”

We were so excited but when we got there, our appointments had been canceled for no apparent reason. We spoke to the manager, Natalie, and she could not figure out why they canceled our appointments either, nor did she seem very concerned about ruining our birthday plans. She offered no compensation or explanation. Think twice before booking at this spa. - UPDATED- 12/28/23 We had a credit card on file. That is NOT the reason it was canceled. In fact both the worker and manager said- I have no idea why the appointment was canceled, that is so weird.”
