“An amazing experience right from when I spoke to the friendly employee on the phone when I booked my appointment until after my treatment. The whole experience was perfect. A warm welcome at reception with the offer of tea or water, followed by invitation upstairs to the treatment room by the massage therapist. The therapist was polite, respectful and informative. The 90 minute massage was AMAZING! The therapist checked which area of the body I wanted to focus on then checked if the pressure was OK. The atmosphere was inviting, warm and peaceful. An awesome experience and would recommend Sensu as a great place to go for a treatment. Thank you.”

The masseuse was late by nearly 10 minutes and finished 10 minutes early, which was such a ripoff. In addition, she provided the most laziest massage and just swirled my feet with a little stick. I asked her if she can do a proper massage and she just kept saying, ‘in a minute, in a minute’. $80 is a lot of money for me to fork out to be highly disappointment and get nothing out of a service. When I pointed out that she was nearly 10 minutes late and finished 10 minutes early, she laughed and kept denying it. It ruined my special occasion and wasted my money. Never again.”

“Do not visit this Endota center. They are rude and pushy. What should be a calming experience was an incredibly disappointing experience that I ended up walking out of the place. Rude receptionist and almost make you feel like a burden on them. Instead, do yourself a favor and head to the one in South Melbourne. Much better service and kind people. Nothing too special that you cannot miss though. Very miss-able. There are heaps better spas at much better price points. Had to use a voucher and hence ended up going here. Definitely give the one in Northland a miss, if you don't want to spoil your day. Spoke to the Spa Manager Becca separately after an incident which made me walk out. Average complaint resolution which really didn't do much as it was beyond the point. But thanks anyway, for replying for my email and taking the time to call twice. I recommend Max Therapy over this brand of spas.”
