I would have changed my service knowing that the pedicure experience would not be what it normally is. At the end of the day, it was a fine experience until my nails started chipping and peeling just over a week after getting a no-chip manicure. Disappointing experience and I canceled my next visit.”

The price has went up over the years and the current price is $24 but I have went to other places and been dissatisfied with the outcome. There are 2 estheticians at the Orland location that I request if available and they each do my brows in the same manner and shape. Both women are friendly and always remember my preference. I also recommend the Tricoci brand hair products. My fave that I buy are their hairspray and styling cream. They are $30 a piece but worth it and sometimes they are on sale during holidays.”

“Really nice spa experience on New Year's Day. They will provide a rob, slippers, and bag for your wet bathing suit in your secure locker. You'll get a tour when you get there. I highly recommend going 2-3 hours before your treatment to enjoy the amenities. I arrived an hour early and that wasn't enough time. I got a facial and massage in my package and both treatments were really nice. The showers in the locker rooms were pretty amazing. They have everything you could need available in the locker rooms at their beauty bars (for women). Not sure what they have for men. The hydrotherapy room was a large whirlpool hot tub with two waterfalls and lots of jets. They had a cold plunge pool (too cold for me), a steam room, and sauna. Snacks and flavored water/tea are available for free. There is a cafe, but I didn't get a chance to try it. I think I'll make this an annual thing to start the year off at Koehler! No photos per their policy. They also don't allow cell phone conversations or loud in person conversations so it's a nice quiet environment.”

“I'm never coming here again !!! Vicky was kinda but super rushed. The first time I came here I was not satisfied with my nails.I asked for hearts on my nails but when she did two nails I saw she couldn't do them so I asked if she could please just remove them but she proceeded and told me I would like them. Obviously at the end she saw I didn't like them so she told me I could keep the nails on and return again to take them off and get a new fresh set of nails. So I thought that was great and I was happy about it. Also when she checked me out she still charged me for a design that I clearly didn't like and clearly told her to remove. I came again today expecting her to remove the old ones and put new ones but all she did was add color on top of the ones I already had one. She did remove the previous color but when she was doing that my nail chipped on the side and I told her if she would fix it but she said she couldn't do that and that when she added the new colors it wouldn't be noticeable. Basically my nails were badly shaped. She did not remove and add new nails. My nails also were not nicely shaped. And yes the $5 off she didn't even give it to me the first time. Literally worst experience ever never coming here again.”
