“This is no longer a spa experience and don't let them tell you otherwise. While I had a great massage (Dani was great) the rest of the experience was terrible. From booking (when I booked my first appointment I wasn't told the masseuse required masks - so I rebooked) to no real service. I had to ask for a robe and sandles. I had to carry my own clothes - no locker provided. Was not offered water, tea, etc. when I checked in. Apparently the steam shower is no longer offered (but Dani did it for me - but there was a nasty stain on the floor). When I explained my disappointment to the staff at the front desk I was basically told they don't offer those things anymore. If I'm paying that much I expect a spa experience like Michael Christopher's, John Roberts, or Mario's. Don't waste your money here it isn't what it used to be. I don't know why the owner says not a real review. This is my actual experience - nothing is fabricated - it was truly not a spa experience. Go ahead - call them ask them if you get steam room access before and after your massage. You will see.”

“Starting with the wonderful ladies at the front desk, that are always helpful. The Spa Center is spotless, relaxing and beautiful! I highly recommend Theresa for a massage. She is an excellent masseuse and very knowledgeable. Theresa is also an amazing esthetician! She is well informed about skin care and always willing to answer all questions. Do something nice for yourself!”

“I've been hoping to Open Sky Day Spa for several years now and have never had a bad experience. I have been to several therapists and I have always left feeling better than I went in. (Bradley and Crystal are particularly great!) The reception staff has always been helpful in matching me with a therapist based on my needs at that time. They offer deep tissue, Swedish and several other types of massages. They also have a spa that I know offers facials, although I've never gotten one myself. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to either book a massage for a special occasion or get established with someone for regular services.”

In particular my guy Donny always does a fantastic job. One note, they do not take card some come prepared with cash and of course a tip.”

“*Long post but I highly recommend you read* Brooke was absolutely INCREDIBLE at my facial. It was my favorite thing I have ever had done. Cherese did awesome work on my massage and I truly enjoyed talking to her. She made me feel so relaxed and the massage was unstoppable. Bailey was the most fun person ever. I loved working with her so much and she made sure everything looked excellent! I absolutely loved my experience but the after part is beyond disappointing for what I paid. I had my gel extensions break off within a week when they costed over $80 then my gel polish on my toes has already chipped off. I have had both done in the past at other places and never had this happen until after two-three weeks. The frustrating part is that I had this done for my wedding and honeymoon and they didn’t even last through my honeymoon. I paid over $300 for this experience. I will be back but only to get the facial and massage next time. I love this little spa but I can’t justify paying that for all my nails to come off within 9 days and my gel nail polish on my toes to be chipped so badly. First picture is day of, second picture is six days later, then last picture is 9 days later.”

“I received a gift certificate for a massage that I was super excited to use since i had heard such great things about Sacred Hour and ended up booking towards the end of the summer. As soon as my service started, the masseuse started to trauma dump on me for the entire hour about her ex and a situation she saw on her phone when she checked it right before my massage. Was the most unrelaxing hour I could have had. She continued to apologize throughout about telling me all of what had happened but then continued to talk about it, it was just very unprofessional and would be very hesitant to rebook a service here for fear of that happening again. I wish that I didn’t have to tip on the service when checking in since that ended up being my experience. 2 stars since the atmosphere inside the spa was very pretty.”
