The space is clean and the customer service is fantastic. You can get the same quality Korean body scrub at another spa, but the massages are at Olympic are unmatched and are totally worth it. The shiatsu is my favorite. There is a mandatory 20% gratuity that is not included in the prices on the website.”

Everything was confirmed prior to my arrival. I came in and there was no wait, the appointment time was really just that. The place was clean, with a tranquil ambiance. I really enjoyed my foot massage and they included a complimentary neck, head and hot stone massage! All I can say is WOW! I'm looking forward to my next visit. “Overall the spa was fantastic, the grounds were beautiful, clean, and lots of space for relaxation. I was really impressed with the outdoor area and all the pools. However, food was way over price. I paid $40 for a chicken salad that was awful. Prices for food are ridiculous. The drinks were ok, I ordered $200 worth of food and drinks which I didn’t mind but I also expect top quality for a 5 star spa. I also enjoyed that there were lots of cleaning janitorial keeping the facilities clean and they asked several times if I needed anything. I paid $220 for my massage and I do think it was worth it. I will be returning again this summer.”

“First time to try this place. Clean and smells good. The staffs are okay except for one guy, he needs to be nice and learn to respect customers. The massage therapist who assisted me was good and she stretched me, next time I want a little deeper massage which I asked. Price is good and I gave her $25 tip even they were rushing me to pay through Zelle. I will try to come back and try other options - I had the combo massage. Just a suggestions, hopefully they can lower down a bit the volume of their music so customer can relax a bit. It’s my preference.”

“I've been here a few times in the last couple of years and had mostly good experiences. I always watch for the discounts because I feel like they're a little pricy for the area. But this time my experience was different. When I called to make my appointment the girl on the phone wasn't worried about what I wanted or needed at all. Her only concern was securing my credit card number and making sure that I understood that less than 24 hours cancellation meant I paid the full fee. I was a little annoyed with this and also annoyed that I had to call back 3 additional times just to get a couple of simple questions answered. There used to be much more information available on the website. But sadly the phone calls pale in comparison to the dismissive way the desk staff treated me and others while I was there. Towels needed replenishing, a blow dryer wasn't working and what nearly everyone was upset about, the hot tub either wasn't hot or wasn't full. When attendants were in the locker room they were polite and helpful. But when others or I attempted to ask for what we needed from the front desk our requests were met with irritation and excuses. The fact that no one even bothered to apologize for the conditions of the spa when I brought us concerns added insult to injury.”
