The Seafood Bento impressed with its variety and meticulous attention to each item. The King Ku Sliders were very juicy and delicious. Located in the Utrechtsestraat, the restaurant boasts a pleasant atmosphere. It's genuinely a fantastic Japanese restaurant with a welcoming ambiance.”

“Yucatan has good - not great food. The food is certainly not Mexican nor even Tex-Mex, but it is similar. The steaks ordered were perfectly prepared, and the guacamole and margaritas were very good. The rest of what we had was merely ordinary. The service is likewise good but not great. We had to wait a while to order, despite the fact that we were the first people to be seated at opening time (we had a reservation). We had to wait twice as long for the food to come after we ordered. That said, I am a native Texan and grew up in Southern California, where Mexican is a THING. To be honest, there is no real Mexican food in the Netherlands that I have found. But the food at Yucatan is good and might be the closest I have to come to Mexican food, here.”

“October 2023: No more eating in unfortunately but the food is good as ever. Simply delicious. Friendly staff. Prices are now 12 euro for a big portion, including plastic tax. 2018: Delicious food. Big portions although the take away portions are 75% rice and just a little meat and veggies. If you eat in you get a very well stacked plate with much more food for the same price. Price depends on the type of rice you take. It's 9.50 euro for nassi, 9.00 euro for white rice and 10.00 euro for yellow rice. You get to choose two meat dishes and three vegetable dishes. Deduct one euro for a small portion. Free drinking water and kroepoek if you're eating in. 4 very narrow free parking spaces in front, more free parking one block away. Card payments accepted. Free customer toilet avaliable.”
