“Visited yesterday evening. Service was generally good. Food, well one was paper thin and over cooked. Chicken a la Normand was ok but the frits maison were very poor and overcooked ! Unfortunately we also had to leave as soon as we could as the rotton sewage smell emanating from the toilets was making us feel sick. Not a good experience!!!”

The waiter did perfectly match the wines per glass, however we would have preferred a half a glass menu option with the 7 course menu to really perfectly match every course with a glass of wine, to bring it to the next level. One glass was to much for one course. We did however really enjoyed the whole dinner experience.”

The prices are affordable too. I had La Rilloudè, La Carachoc and Cidre la glacè. It was perfect and delicious. I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Angers. You will have to book in advance because it's quite busy all the times.”

The staff were great, tried their best to speak English and that was really appreciated. Drinks were good as well, we missed having the sake though which was recommended. For the food, we recommend the shashimi, it was delicious and very very fresh. The aubergine starter DengRaku was super delicious and one of my favorite dishes. The salmon teriyaki is also not to be missed!! We recommend 8/10!”
