“Wow! One of the best meals I’ve had here in Berlin. My wife and I enjoyed a lovely evening with some of the highest quality Arabic food west of the Middle East. Eating with a vegan can be tricky but the vegan shawarma platter was seasoned to perfection and the kibbeh was sensational. For myself, the 48-hour marinated chicken shish taouk was mouth watering and flavorful as was the labneh and halloumi (one very small suggestion: try adding honey to it ;) ). I regret not taking more pictures of our meals but if I can’t wait to come back to Simsim next time I’m in town. Although I’m sure by that time, this restaurant will have become a staple in Berlin and getting reservations will be a bit more tricky! Highly recommend this fantastic restaurant to both locals and tourists of Berlin!!!”
