“It was surprising to see such a nice pancake restaurant in the Vathorst area! They have lots of pancakes with various toppings and also nice drinks and the staff is very friendly although it was crowded they were fast enough for the services. We ordered Cairo pancake (shoarma) and Barcelona pancake (salami). The pancakes were nice and delicious with separate suases. I just put 4 stars because I didn't like very much my Cairo pancake and next time I will order another one and maybe 5 stars :) Also, prices are a little bit high but the quality of the foods is good.”

“This place is good for a "Pancake restaurant". The pancakes took long time to arrive (two vegetarian pancakes) and they were pretty big and enough as a meal for an adult. It was tasty. I'm not Dutch so for me it's not part of my tradition. But nothing I would eat more than once a year. We paid 16.90 euro for each pancake, which is quite expensive for such simple food that requires no cooking talent and just one pan, some premade pancake mix and some very cheap ingredients (corn from a tin, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc) and a bit of cheese. You can eat a very nice pizza for that price, which is much much more premium in technique, cost and taste. The atmosphere was so-so. It was very loud with a lot of kids running around, shouting and crying. It's a place for families with kids and pancake is what kids love, so what can I complain about? The service was good. He was nice and helpful but quite short of time, because he had a lot of tables to serve and it was hard to get him. The toilets are downstairs and they were really filthy. There is just one man toilet cabin (+ a few pissoirs), so it's very small for such a big place and needs to be cleaned much more often. All in all: good to come by, if you keep your expectations accordingly.”

He said that its one tasting for person, since we are two people we asked to taste two times(one per person) for which he yelled at us with statement if you keep tasting you don't need to eat. Worst personal experience, my wife is 9 months pregnant even that did not stop him. He charged me 5 cents for tasting! W.r.t taste nothing great, in fact personally I found it to be more water.The flavour also I found it to be artificial. I have stayed in Italy for 6 months this place is no close to Rome. Very very bad experience.”

“Kind and welcoming personnel. I had the gluten-free pasta bolognese, and for the first time in life a waiter has asked me to choose between 3 kinds of gluten-free pasta (I’ve never been happier) So I choose the tagliatelle one - very delicious. My brother had a pizza bolognese and said it was pretty good. The portions was big and you’ll be full, trust me. The only negative thing was the drinks, we had 2x 200 ml Coca Cola which were too expensive for that small of amount of coke Other than that if someone asked me if I would come back, than the answer is “yes, I’ll be back soon””

“Such a great place for dinner. By luck we came here on a Tuesday, which is the day when if you get spareribs, there's no limit on how many you can have. The first option however was so much, only I had a little bit more, but for 21,50 or so, that is totally worth it. The staff was attentive and fast, and very kind. The inside of the restaurant was cozy and beautiful, with very clean toilets, which is always a plus. I can definitely recommend this restaurant, so if you're close to Amersfoort, make sure to try it!”

A bit pricey compared to other places but again you are in Utrecht, so everything is more expensive than the average. The staff was friendly and charged our phones happily because we were traveling.
