Contains diced meat, which is not found in other Yaeyama soba noodles (*^^*) It's big, but soft and delicious. The color of the soup is dark, but the soup itself is light and not dark. You can get Hoochi bars and garlic by asking the staff. I recommend adding garlic! Personally, I had high expectations, so it was delicious, but I didn't think it really stood out. After the renovation, the interior of the store has become cleaner and the line leading to the register has been improved, making it easier to proceed smoothly. “Simple in and out meal for two foreigners. There is a vending machine for ordering, the English version needs a little work (RA-menn, etc) but we were able to get through by comparing photos on the wall with the Japanese Kanji and we both can read hirigana/katakana. My wife enjoyed the top left option (most popular) and I opted for the hot soy ramen (it did not disappoint on the spicy level 👌🔥). We also split a bottle of beer (Asahi or Orion, both options were 500mL I believe, we enjoyed the Asahi). The staff were two young men, they were quick to respond and friendly. We were both very happy with our experience.”
