“Been here a few times now and it is excellent every time! We love the Scrambles, the Benedict’s and the Migas. The French toast is great as well. Honestly everything we’ve had here was great. The line outside tends to move quickly. They have underground and some outside seating which has a very cozy vibe. Staff is always friendly and attentive. “I was thinking between 5 and 4 stars but picked 4 at the end because it wasn’t too impressed with a 5 yet. Good: the restaurant is very cozy, nicely decorated and organized. You can really see the difference compared to other fine dining restaurants. Also the staff is very nice. Need improvement: the music from the bar area was too loud, the whole time we were there it’s all DJ style. The tables are too close to each other, which also makes it look too busy with the servers walking back and forth. The food was just at ok level for the price of $70-$90 of a 12-16oz steak. The steak was overall good, but not a wow. It was at the border of too salty. I also ordered crab fried rice and they put too much soy sauce in it. Will I come back? Maybe.”

“Super Thai on South Lamar in Austin Tx is the best Thai Restaurant. Also the best vegetarian restaurant in Austin. Low prices and delicious food at a great value. “This location is a food truck near the corner of Rainey and Driskill. It’s parked outside of LP. Square cut, Detroit style-ish, thick pizza. It’s definitely one of the better pizza spots in Austin. I’ve been working my way through the menu and so far everything I’ve had has been on point. Wait time can be a while if they are busy but it’s definitely worth it. Great for after a night of drinking or cold the next morning.”

“This is the filthiest Cava i have ever been in. As we walked in the dinning room was extremely unorganized. Upon reaching the front line the food seemed sad and old. When portioning our food the employees used 1 use cups to measure out the protein, at which im guessing is to ensure good food cost. We were also told the rice would be extra for more servings, all that is fine and i would have been okay with it if the restaurant wasn't as disgusting as it is. The floor behind the line was a mess with greens all over. A used SaniTowel was left on the serving line next to my Entrée. After leaving the line we headed over to get drinks only to find the soda fountain and bubblers were absolutely filthy! The soda fountain has so much build up its comical... like i said i wouldnt have any concerns on the portioning of my meal if i knew all aspects of the restaurant are being taken care of. Clearly the wrong things are being worried about. Food safety and Cleanliness should always be the number 1 priority and concern. Without proper food safety you won't have any guest to micromanage your food cost on..”

The food was superb, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were some of the nicest people you’d ever meet. “We went to Sway Thai tonight. I had a delicious Thai iced tea which had a hint of chai in it, one of the best I’ve ever had. We started with fried brisket dumplings and steamed chicken and mushroom dumplings with a chili crunch. The brisket was extremely tender and the chicken mushroom dumplings had a nice kick with the chili. My girlfriend had the chicken pad thai which was some of the most flavorful noodles around, but the chili flakes on top may have done her in (next time she’s ordering without those) and I got their signature dish, the “son in-law” which is pork shoulder over rice with a fried runny egg with the fried garlic flakes on top. One of the best dishes I’ve had in Austin so far. For dessert, we tried the condensed milk ice cream, which tasted more tart than sweet, interesting if you’re going for a more complex ice cream flavor. We also tried the sweet potato (purple yam and orange sweet potato) donut holes, which were also one of the most unusual desserts we’ve ever had. Also not sweet enough to fulfill a sweettooth’s desire, but certainly one of the most original desserts I’ve ever had. Definitely would go back and try the fried rice and some of their double fried chicken wings which we saw on pretty much every other table. Service was very good and vibes were immaculate. 9/10 overall”
