“I mostly have had a pretty good experience with Caputo’s through the years such as great deli and Italian food choices. But there are a couple disappointing things I will note…quality of the produce is hit or miss, less than fresh, actually droopy celery and carrots have been still out for customers to choose from. And I’ve also encountered expired products still out on shelves. When shopping myself I’ve had to search through expired yogurt and such to find the fresh. I just had an Instacart order delivered yesterday that had a package of cookies that was expired. Yeah the shopper should not have chosen it…but it shouldn’t be left on the shelf to begin with.”

“I had the chicken and spinach and artichoke sandwich. It was good. I ordered online thought I had two sides. I picked the fries and bean salad but I guess I made an error cause all I got was fries. Wish it was more clear on the app. Would of liked to try bean salad. The place was very beautiful inside. Smelled really nice when walking in. I gave 4 stars cause it was okay. I expected the food to look different than what I got and again did not like the confusion with the sides. Not sure if it was an app mistake or if it was not given to me in error.”

The concept is similar – you get to pick and choose your bowl ingredients – but here, the bowls are a bit smaller. This actually worked out great for me, as it felt like each bite was packed with more flavor. Speaking of flavor, the freshness and taste of their offerings are a step above. There’s a certain zest in quality and freshness in their options that I found more appealing than Chipotle. If you’re planning a visit, my top recommendations would be the Tikka or Carolina bowls. Both are very flavorful and are sure to delight your taste buds. Overall, a thumbs up from me for their fresh, tasty options and the interesting twist on a familiar concept.”

“Was a customer until last night. Pizza was cold and nasty. Not to mention 40 bucks. Worst I had. Then I got called back from the girl taking calls , just to ask if I wanted to ad a tip to my card since the driver was on his way home after my delivery. She left it on my voicemail. Who does that. Very rude and unprofessional. Never again. Calls me back 5 min later after placing an order to ask that. Unreal. Dam pizza wasn’t even delivered , but ask for a tip 🤦🏾”

“got my gyro plate and brought it home, once there I immediately see it’s not what I’m am use to for a gyro plate. Usually it’s enough meat for two pita’s. This fell short. the gyro meat tastes weird as well. I definitely didn’t get $21 worth. It’s Mr. Submarine for my gyros from here on out. Half the price for double the gyro!”
