“First time to Maple Street Biscuit Company. We were warmly greeted. I love that they call your name based on 'what you would do with a million dollars.' That's fun! However, I don't know if it was the location itself or the fact it was a holiday (President's Day) but we arrived at 10:50 and didn't receive our food until 11:20. And there weren't a ton of people there. I only saw 3 employees. Everything looked appetizing when it finally came out. Unfortunately, my husband's gravy was cold on the Five and Dime. We didn't want to say anything since it had already taken so long. I got the Squawking Goat. It was good, not great, but good. Biscuits are yummy! My kids also had good meals. I would try it again but maybe not this location. Just don't expect it to come out fast. 😬”

“I had been eyeing this place for quite a while, so I finally got the girls together and we went and tried this place. I can't help but to say the 3-for-1 Lime margaritas on the rocks, did help with our decision 😉. The food was great from beginning to end, and our 2-for-1 margarita were awesome, and what we didn't finish we brought home with us (that's truly a win)!! I love Mexican food, and this place did not disappoint. We had fajitas, rice bowl, guacamole live, and many other items. I will certainly be back on a busier night (maybe Friday or Saturday, we went on Monday) to see if they can keep up the pace, if so they might have found a regular customer in me. Shoutout to Sophie who was our awesome server!! Just know... I'll be back!!”

“We chose to go to this place based on reviews, as we were interested in finding a new Pho gem! We ordered two apps prior to the meal- chicken spring rolls and crispy calamari. The spring roles were barely warm and almost soggy like they had been sitting out for a bit. The calamari smelled fishy and was chewy and greasy. This would lead me to believe it was not actually calamari. The pho broth was pretty decent, but the beef portion was filled with a lot of fat and gristle. The chicken seemed to be all thin breast meat which was a plus. The meatball texture and flavor was a bit disappointing. Overall the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was quiet. Our server seemed to be having a bad day, but I could hear the interactions of a different server and she seemed delightful. It could just be an off day, but I am not sure we would go back. We were not asked how our food was, nor did we complain or provide feedback to the restaurant. We received our bill, paid in full, tipped 20% and moved on. It was an adventure plain and simple.”

“I've had Boaba tea in the past and the tea here is great! This was my first time here and I definitely will be back. There were 2 workers, 1 was the owner or supervisor, she was very polite and told me the most favorite flavor. I will say I love the fact that they have sweet levels to choose from. That is a very nice gesture!! 9/7/22 I went in with hopes that I could get the Stranger Things drink..the employee was nice enough to fix it for me. I was afraid that since it's been some time since the release, that maybe they weren't selling it anymore. I advise anyone to try it!!”

“We were passing through Tallahassee and thought we would try this Asian street food place and we are glad we did! Everything we tried was good! J's pork belly bao, Vietnamese summer rolls, crispy pork bites, Korean spicy wings & cha gio. Our server Jacob was very attentive and helpful. He even recommended restaurants to go to when we reach our destination in Pensacola.”

“Stop reading a prompt. You asked me the same questions as if you weren’t even paying attention and just kept repeating like a robot. No for the 3rd time, I’m not part of your rewards. Waste of money. I didn’t enjoy it, I threw it away because It was so dry, I guess you have to ask for mayo and Dijon… it has come on my sandwich a million times and is usually part of the prompt… freaky fast (and rushed) yet incorrect and lacked any interaction. She asked “is that it?” After everything i said- I wasn’t done ordering but you’re so quick to want to finish you lacked the realization I had questions and all you wanted was answers. I ended up making back to back orders because she was so in a rush and I felt pressured to finish (no one was there but me and 3 employees chilling.) Ask relevant questions - not prompts to hit your rewards signup goal. My goal was to enjoy my meal. Fail. Management take note, you are training a task rather than teaching a skill, people. Had you spent an extra second to listening you may have provided an actual satisfied service with an order I would have enjoyed.”

“Do yourself a favor and go next door to Firehouse Subs. The employee we dealt with today had a difficult time putting a sandwich together and couldn’t follow simple request. This is the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. Tomatoes were slimy and didn’t get what was ordered. Hope this young lady gets this treatment the next time she orders food.”
