“As per usual, we were on the hunt for a new dining experience. And we were not disappointed. Absolutely phenomenal choice after another exceptionally hot day. The Lamb and Beef Gyros were just what the Dr ordered. With the cool and crispness of lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and a homemade tzatziki sauce on a fluffy gyro with both lamb and beef for some added protein. We couldn't have chosen a better option. The homemade Greek protein bar (Baklava) was a cut above and a very pleasant treat. Padded booth seating and chairs abounded. The area was bright, well lit, extremely comfortable, and welcoming. I spoke with Vickie for a bit and thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and interactions. Fantastic personality and service. “We went there on Sunday during our last day at Winston Salem. It's one of the few places that is Open before noon on a Sunday. There is plenty of parking outside. The restaurant is big and at the end you can see the fermentation tanks. They have a sitting area and a bar area. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you like their beer, in particular Sexual chocolate, there is no better place to get it fresh. We were quite surprised with the menu, everything looked delicious, we tried what the bartender recommended, the Turkey Sandwich, and holy banana it was delicious, one of the best turkey sandwiches I have ever had in my life. Really blew our minds. We will be back next time we are in the area. It's family friendly and I highly recommend it! 🔥🔥🔥”

“I got the spicy crab roll which I recommend and the crispy duck with tamarind sauce which I probably wouldn't order again despite my enjoyment of duck because of the gristle and bone I found in several bites. They have very good portions for the prices and do offer to-go boxes and if I'm in the area again I wouldn't mind going back as several things on the menu caught my eye.”

“This is a fun place! Visited family and had heard about this place, which is part of a chain but has a really charming and bustling atmosphere. The menu is huge, lots of different kinds of soups and sandwiches, but I went straight for the classic hot pastrami on rye, which was not the very best I've ever had but still very good! I thought this was a much nicer alternative to more common chain bakeries and delis. No frills, but grab a booth by the window, get a refillable drink, and just have a good time. You'll leave with a smile.”

“This was my first time here and it was such a good experience. Immediately greeted with kindness as soon as we walked in. Our server was very attentive and the food was excellent! I got a pepperoni Stromboli and it was HUGE, and my fiancé got the baked spaghetti. Will definitely go back!”

“We had lunch at 18 Malaysia for the first time today with friends. The food was absolutely delicious!! Our friends eat here regularly and told us everything on the menu would be wonderful and they were spot on. Everything was so fresh and tasty with generous portions and an artistic presentation. The chef/owner is very talented. The atmosphere is lovely and the prices are reasonable. I wish we lived in Winston Salem so that we could return.”
