The server Marian was very sweet she had Halloween nails and was extremely attentive. We were sat immediately and our food came out very quickly. It has a family vibe where you feel right at home. When we were paying they had bread pudding bites for people at the counter when we were paying. We came for Saturday brunch, but this place is perfectly located and can be great for any time of day. They even put up a wreath that was branded to red hunt . I was very happy with my experience with this rockaway / Denville area diner.”

“Loved everything about this place. It was a beautiful night so I sat outside. The service was excellent and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. The Eggplant tower was delicious and a great presentation. I had a cheeseburger which was cooked perfectly and really flavorful. (I was too hungry to take a picture of it). They have a good selection of draft and bottled beer, and their cocktails are great (strong, tasty, and a good price). All in all a great dinner and I will definitely return here again!”

“Went for a romantic dinner... The phone interaction leading up to the dinner did not feel particularly... special. Parking is a bit... tedious. It seems to be valet only, but the lot is so small that the valet was forced to shuffle a number of cars before returning my vehicle, which amounted to something like a 10 minute wait (fortunately the weather was nice as there was very little room to wait inside). The restaurant itself feels very crowded and noisy. It was hard to hear the waiter, and also difficult to have a nice conversation with my wife. As this was a well-ranked romantic NJ restaurant I was expecting something more... well... romantic in nature. The food was very good. The shrimp appetizer was delicious. The sorbet was yummy. And the chocolate cherry cake was amazing. It's a decent restaurant, with more than decent food, but nothing special.”

“It’s no secret that the crust is the secret to good pizza and Tabor Pizzeria nailed it. Thin, light, crispy and delicious it’s the base of a great pie. In this case, a Hawaiian Pie with generous amounts of ham and pineapple and a subtle but delicious sauce. As if the food wasn’t fantastic already the staff was even better. We ate in and our first interaction was with the counter staff who were polite and quick to help us. Our waitress Brenda was an absolute delight. She made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant with her attention to detail and personal touch. The facility was clean, brightly lit and abundantly populated with surprisingly comfortable seating inside. With a relatively small dining room it’s hard to make it not feel crowded with as much seating but they hit the nail on the head. It makes for an intimate and relaxing mirror. A limited amount of outside seating was available as well but we opted to eat inside. Food prices were on the less expensive side which was nice. The only real complaint I had was a lack of fountain soda’s. We opted for a 2 liter and Brenda made sure we had cups and ice to make up for any inconvenience. Tabor Pizzeria was a great local find who made a few out of towners like us feel like family.”

“Well, we just reached here in the name of indian food. It is a small restaurant but with all facilities. So small is not a problem. Next is food quality and taste, so food quality was good, taste wise okayish. Panner tikka masala was little confusing as it was looking more like paneer kadhai or i guess paneer butter masala. The restaurant was clean but rest room was not good and clean. I hope they could do something about that. Parking space was enough.”

“I dont know where to start when it comes to this little place in Jersey. As someone who travels all over the country regularly for business, my girlfriend and I frequently stop at different spots to try our luck with great cuisine and other experiences. Paulie G’s was nothing short of a marvelous experience. Although the restaurant itself only had 5 or 6 tables for seating, the service was phenomenal as everyone had smiles on their faces and was happy to help, giving us great recommendations. I had the vodka parm paired with the macaroni salad and Paulie G’s own birch beer. The Vodka Parm was fresh, moist, hot, and full of flavors bursting into my mouth with each bite. The macaroni salad had a good vinegary taste to it and a much better taste than many of the macaroni salads I had before, which was actually one of the shocking things about our experience. I wasn't expecting it to be so good. One thing that caught my attention was the amount of business this small place had in the amount of time we sat and ate our lunch. People were coming in and out frequently, but the service was fast, and kept the same smiles throughout our entire experience while still being attentive to us by asking if we needed anything on multiple occasions. We could tell that the community really loved this place, and Paulie G’s staff loved the community, frequently mentioning people by name as they arrived or departed the restaurant. We will definitely return on our next trip through and suggest that if you are in the area, you stop by and check it out for yourself.”

“The food here has always been good when we’ve eaten onsite, but I was very disappointed in a large order for delivery today $187 + 15% delivery tip. The regular pizzas plain & pepperoni were tasteless and cardboard like, the cauliflower eggplant pizza was tasteless and soggy, not a lot of meat on the Italian heroes, the salads were the best thing I ordered, even though the Greek salad is not really a Greek salad. The ability to order online is great, but my scheduled delivery was over 20 minutes late and I placed my order 2 hrs ahead of time. The food was not hot and we were close by. I was hosting a surprise Birthday dinner and I was embarrassed that the food wasn’t good. I hope this was just an off night.”
