Having tried several items from their menu like the #14 Yenta Pastrami, or their Mediterranean Cheese Steak Sub, Meatball Sub, and Chicago Style Italian Beef, the food is hot, delicious, and very different from your standard fare. They offer a few Jewish foodstuffs of interest as well, you can't go wrong with eating at Bella Donna. The pricing is perfect for what you get, and they offer fountain drinks of standard soda choices, as well as brewed sweet / unsweet tea. Enjoy your cookie!”

“This place looks like a hole-in-the wall--totally unassuming. BUT it epitomizes taqueria cuisine. I used to eat here all the time when I lived here and always loved the food. The Navy transferred me away in 2006 and I didn't have the opportunity to return until today. It's exactly the same. The neighborhood has gentrified and construction is happening all around, but Benny's is an anchor that holds Golden Hills to its roots. Sorry it took me so long to return, I'll try not to wait 17 years for my next visit.”

“This hidden gem is SPECTACULAR!! you must come here. Food was delicious. First time I eat at a restaurant and take home no leftovers!!! Literally swept my plate clean. I went during brunch hours and got a plate of food with mimosa, sangria or Bellini for $23 the deserts are exquisite. We got flan de coco and tres leche and it was so creamy and tast!!!”

“Stopped on a road trip for some lunch and our experience at Carte Blanche was a most wonderful surprise. Our lunch was delicious (shared tuna melt panini and shared special salad of the day). Excellent fresh brewed coffee. Sure wish I had saved room for one of their great looking desserts. Service was perfect. Ambiance is comfortable low key hip. Place is super clean. Food A++. And the owner Kristine is on site and really providing the extra TLC touch. This place is worth going out of your way for a visit.”
