“Lovely clean, Modern and comfortable rooms. Plenty of hot drink options , nice to see hot chocolate sachets as not many places provide these anymore! Nice atmosphere in the pub, lots of selection for drinks and food! The burger and duck chips was absolutely amazing, definitely one of the best burgers I have ever had. Staff are really welcoming and are happy to help with anything. Nice big car park suitable for our van also! Will definitely be back :)”

“Really beautiful cosy pub, perfect English countryside stopover. It’s exactly what you think of when you think of a lovely but posh pub in the country. The food was amazing, portions needed to be bigger though. It was my birthday and i got glass of bubbly and a small dessert. The food did take over an hour to arrive, the service was amazing but i had to take a star off for the wait. Chocolate tart was insanely good. Would come back but the portions left something to be desired.”

For just £23, it stands out as the most value-packed and scrumptious Thai buffet I’ve ever had in the UK. The spread showcased a delightful variety: the skewered roasted pork was juicy and perfectly seasoned, the curry rice carried a depth of flavors that was satisfying, and the coconut noodle soup was creamy with just the right hint of sweetness. Don’t even get me started on the roasted duck noodle soup; its rich broth and tender duck pieces were the stars of my meal. If you’re in Banbury, don’t miss the chance to indulge in “Thai Orchard’s” exquisite buffet spread!”

“Came here for a quick pick me up after work craving a pizza. There didn't seem to be any other notable options in the area so this place seemed logical.. Being a weeknight and on my own they had no issues seating me. I opted for one of their outdoor seats just outside the entrance as it was a lovely evening. The table was prompty wiped down, menus were provided and my order taken. I very quickly knew what I wanted and that was the olives and calzone. The food took around 20ish minutes but it was worth the wait. The Calzone was plump and the encasing bread was delicious. The filling could've been a bit more loaded with the advertised toppings of chicken and pepperoni but that is a minor complaint as the overall taste was great and it was a very satisfying meal. I didn't see the need to order anything else as the Calzone was filling enough. The service was quick and efficient and they provided me with a whole bottle of tap water to myself which I massively appreciated. What I will say is that the place is a bit pricey @ £15.25 for the calzone but where isn't at the moment? How can restaurants not raise prices without compromising on quality given the apocalyptic econonic climate? So with that in mind, I'm still happy to give it a 5 and would recommend anyone who likes pizza to visit as you won't be dissappointed. I will certainly be coming back for the calzone picante! Update - came back for the Calzone Picante. Shame I can't add more stars to my rating because it was incredible!”

“Been eyeing this place since I got to Oxford. Glad I made it over. Had to wait outside for 15-20 minutes for my order because they were busy and there was no space inside. The two things I ordered, the custard buns and the Sichuan pork dumpling noodles, both came out hot. Noodles and broth were both really, really good. I don't know what it was about them (five-spice? fish sauce??), but I could've eaten another bowl on taste alone. In contrast, I didn't like the pork dumplings very much, and could've done without them. Spice level is enough to make your nose run but never overwhelms the taste of the food. Disappointed I only got two custard buns, but they were the definitely the sweet ending I needed.”
