The staff are friendly and professional, there are TVs on the ceiling for you to watch while they are cleaning your teeth, and they have great hours that make it easy to schedule an appointment. “I am personally not a a customer from this establishment however my sister is. Every time we book an appointment and arrive on time, get ready to wait 30 -50 minutes before even the Dr sees her. We had a " 10 min appointment with the doctor" and the wait itself was for 45 minutes. I'm seeing a lot " positive" reviews I have a strong feeling that these reviews had been fabricated. Edit: As I cannot reply to the business, I wanted to note:The appointment was set for 12 pm, the front line called us at 11:30 am to make sure we came at 12. If the business claims that the appointment was an hour before, then the task of dropping my sister off wouldn't be mine as my parents were available in the morning NOT at noon. They also confirmed the day prior.”

“I got a flap surgery done. It went very smoothly, it was easy to book got an appointment right away. The surgery was very quick and the recovery was really fast. I didn’t need my pain pills. They did direct billing and they staff is very nice and helpful. I 100% recommend Dr. Joanna and her staff. Very professional and welcoming.”

“Came in to get my ear piece fixed on my glasses. The staff were amazing. They had to send away for a replacement part, which arrived within a week. I was notified immediately and when I went to get it, they had actually sent a spare set as well. My glasses were cleaned and checked for proper fit. Very impressed with the service.”

“I have been going to Arbour Lake for years. I see Dr. Chris and he is amazing. I have had some traumatic dental experiences (other offices) in the past that have left me very fearful and anxious of any dentist. Due to this fear, I can be a 'not so nice person' when at the dentist. Dr. Chris and Jen have dealt with my 'mean girl' behavior numerous times and still welcomed me back warmly. Dr. Chris is patient, caring and takes A LOT of extra time with me discussing things and making me feel better about any/all procedures. Jen is the nicest person on the planet and she is always available to talk to. I totally recommend this office, especially if you struggle with trusting a dentist or have any fear due to past experiences. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me over the years.”

“Drove by this place for years but was nervous about going in to see about my lower back pain and issues. So glad that I finally did. The staff was so helpful and reassuring during the whole intake process. They were friendly, courteous and made you feel welcomed. I have had my first adjustment and I couldn't be more excited and thrilled for more because I left there with a new lease on life. I didn't have any pain in by back after the first adjustment and still don't. My neck was a mess according to the scans taken. The doctor cracked my neck and all I can say is that is wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The only suggestion I would make is that if you wear hearing aids then maybe you should take them out. The certainly amplify the cracking sound...LOL So happy I found you and will be highly recommending you to all my family and friends. Thanks again for making my like livable again.”

“Props to the employee at the photo lab today! Sorry I didn't catch your name (brown hair & beard). I went in with an order from the previous day where some of the photos came out very pixelated. He helped troubleshoot if the issue was on my end or not and I ended up with great pictures. 5 stars for your customer service, much appreciated! The first employee to assist me was dismissive and didn't seem interested in troubleshooting the issue with me at all.”
