Her assistant Cat/Kat is great, as well, and she helped make my first xrays and cleaning here in Elk Grove feel thorough and sparkly clean! and fun. Such a clean office, too.”

“This was my first visit, and I really appreciated Dr. Tram's detailed explanation of what dental care my teeth needed and why. Done with humor and the kindness of spending as much time as I needed. Brandy was excellent and very gentle when cleaning my teeth. It was painlesss,even though it had been 3 to 5 years since my last cleaning! Front desk so helpful. Thank you everyone! So nice to find a place I can trust after the retirement of my prior dentist!”

“So today I walked in at 7:30 and checked in. I logged on and couldn’t, it directed me to see an employee. The employee then said that she didn’t know why, but that I had to do my physical again. This is just ridiculous, for anyone who has done this process, it takes 2-3 hours. This was my 3rd time returning. First time, they took a sample, second time I donated, and this would have been my second donation, and 3rd visit.The employees are nice, but I will never return here, so unorganized. Nobody has time to waste. In fairness they did offer me an incentive, but nah I’m good and turned off by this establishment. Never again……………”
