“Unsure what had happened here. They used to be awesome. Staff was still great but the rest was awful. They tried to bully us into 26k worth of dental work. Told us we were horrible parents, that we should take out a home equity, and there were veiled threats of children and youth calls. Wanted to do everything at once, would not work in chunks to make it easier on the child. Demanded we use the hospital and not in-house because the dentist "did not feel comfortable" doing it in house. They are children, you work as a PEDIATRIC dentist, yeah they squirm sometimes. Refused to use the normal laughing gas/localized anesthetics, like everywhere else. If you cannot handle that go into adult dentistry. We took him somewhere else and all the work will cost a grand total of 500$. DO NOT LET these people bully you.”

Entire process was less than 10 minutes. I live about 35 minutes away from the dispensary but will gladly make the trip again. Overall it was FAR LESS invasive and stressful than I had expected. I'm not very social and I get very anxious around people I'm not familiar with. So if you are like me, I would recommend this dispensary for you. Laid back, friendly and willing to help with any questions you may have.”

The office is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, the procedures were done extremely fast with no issue. They're more than willing to explain and make referrals for what cannot be done. Friendly and professional people. To those that prefer to visit a dentists office that doesn't have every patient in the same large room for their procedures, this office while being small has separate rooms for each patient which is fantastic if the big open areas of other offices make you uncomfortable.”

I can't recommend this practice however, because of the extreme incompetence of the office staff and the billing department. Payment was required up front, and I ended up needing a refund. It took the office 7 WEEKS, many phone calls, and unanswered messages to finally get my money back. It was completely inexcusable and put us off of using the office for any further issues.”
