“Recently switched to 425 from another dentist in the area. Absolutely loved the switch everyone’s so nice! All work is done in one office and not asking me to go anywhere else which is why I went to this office. Dr. Nikole is AWESOME! Explained everything to me and so very honest and caring! I didn’t feel any pressure to do anything I didn’t want too. Dr. Brian Cheung removed a tooth for me it was over in almost 60 seconds I was amazed how quickly and I felt absolutely nothing it was a great experience! Don’t YouTube just come this place they will take great care of you! Also Vikki who did my teeth cleaning is fantastic again explained everything to me and they have flavored teeth cleaning so cool thank you to all the front office staff also for being so welcoming and great at answering the phone and emailing me back literally instantly from Brielle she is great which lacked in my other dentist! I’m so happy I’ve chosen 425. Moved from the UK in 2018 and struggled to find a good place I wish u came here first time! The office is so clean and relaxing and I’m looking forward to my new smile!! “Our toddler is a patient of Dr. Lee at Newcastle Dentistry. She was scared at her first routine visit, but Dr. Lee was calm, patient and friendly. He also explained everything he was doing/looking at, which was reassuring to a first-time parent like myself. The appointment was quick and our toddler got to pick out a small toy at the end. By her next cleaning, she was actually excited to go to the dentist! The staff have always been kind and responsive. “At 57 years old I have never done a weight loss program before where I had someone to assist in the process. Dr. Mary was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and Excellent at explaining the body chemistry's process for weight loss. I selected this program because I did not like the thought of eating packaged foods. I also wanted a program that would educate me on how to stand on my own after the program finished. I could not be more pleased with the results as I started in August and within 3 months lost over 30 lbs and most of it without strenuous exercise which was amazing to me. I was a skinny Fat person and did not realize how much overweight I was, especially with the deadly visceral type fat. Now that I have lost it I can stop taking my blood pressure medication and my MD no longer needs to think about prescription for having a A1C in the 6.5 range as it’s now almost under 6. I just graduated the program and feel empowered with the knowledge necessary on how to eat right, enjoy good food and how to lose another 5-10lbs on my own and keep it off. They treat the players and leagues with attentiveness and care. The director and coaches who manage the leagues go out of their way to help members with matching and they design meaningful formats. Most Tennis facility coaches are forced to scrounge an extra dime through privates and groups and therefore pay little or no attention to helping members play league. Pacific Clinic coaches engage and manage the leagues even if it doesn’t serve their pocket books directly. That is a rare gem in the Tennis Club industry. All the front desk are attentive and kind. Christy is exceptional.”

“My partner had an appointment scheduled here for weeks. 3 days prior to her appointment they called her to tell her that her insurance is inactive. It’s a group plan through an employer, so this is odd. My partner contacted the insurance provider, who confirmed her policy’s active status. She then followed up with the Alderwood optical. They told her they couldn’t find it, argued that it was inactive, and it would be $161 for her appointment. She cancelled, and had an appointment out of network within 24hrs. Worth it to pay the cost, which was half the quote from Alderwood, and be done with the headache. Rude and organized, what a mess. Do better.”
