The orthodontist that we were referred to only did one X-ray and quickly examined her and said she needed lower jaw surgery. This orthodontist took 4 X-rays, numerous pictures, thoroughly examined every inch of her mouth, took measurements of her mouth, teeth, side profile, chin, jaw, nose, lips, and so much more! We even found out that my daughter only has 2 upper wisdom teeth! She thoroughly explained EVERYTHING in terms both me & my 12yo daughter could understand! She said that she could absolutely fix my daughter’s teeth WITHOUT surgery!!! The staff was also so nice! We’re so happy with our experience and can’t wait to start treatment at this practice!!! There have been multiple mix-ups in communication that resulted in errors in insurance billing and almost getting the wrong Covid vaccine. The staff in every instance did not listen carefully. This morning I called to see if they could order oxalic acid from their wholesaler so I could remove some rust stains from linen. The clerk who answered the phone put me on hold while they checked and came back with the response "I'm sorry but we don't do that for customers". Don't do what? Special order items? So not only did my encounter today put the quietus on any future dealings with Falls River RX but it prompted me to write this review that was a long time coming. While others clearly have had positive experiences, mine have been nothing short of frustrating.”

“Used to be a great place to go. After the 2020 pandemic ended they have gone hill really fast. I really loved the fact that I was able to make an appointment for all 3 kids at the same time. However, it just seems to be more of a hassle because they "are understaffed". If you're understaffed, then why do you keep making numerous 8am appointments if you're not able to see the patients when it is their time? This last time, they canceled my kids appointment, didn't bother to call to make sure that was okay. Said they would call me back, but it's been almost a month now and still no word from them. I've tried calling and all I get is a voice-mail and no return call. So frustrating.”

“2 years after my daughter had a procedure to remove an in-grown tooth, they send me a bill and letter saying my insurance didn't cover something. Told me they could try to file again but I would need to supply some letter my insurance at the time sent me 2 YEARS AGO! I have changed insurance and locations since then so now I just have to pay for something that insurance would have covered if it had been filed correctly the actual year it was done. Not to mention the after-procedure care was rough as he continued to tell me my daughter did not have an infection only to realize she did. He doesn't listen to patients, and they don't know how to file with the insurances correctly. Steer clear if you can!”
