“Gentle Dental sent me here to have a CBCT scan done. Got it done. Dynamic dental calls me to tell me they’re not able to send the X-ray to Gentle Dental electronically and that I have to come back and pick it up on a CD; strange… but whatever I go and grab the CD. Bring the CD back to gentle Dental and after all of this, gentle dental calls me to tell me that there’s nothing they can do because apparently the X-ray didn’t come out good enough. Ridiculous. From there Gentle Dental books me a consultation At Dynamic so that they can just examine my teeth for themselves. Fine. I drive 40 minutes to Dynamic, just so they can call me 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me they need to cancel because the dentist had to leave due to an emergency. I understand emergencies happen but at this point my experience with dynamic dental is just frustrating. They tell me I can either reschedule or have them refer me to someone else through email, but that if I rescheduled I would have to wait a while; obviously I chose to have them refer me to someone else. It’s now been 4 days and I still haven’t received an email with a referral. The staff here was friendly but that’s about the only positive thing I can say, I’ve never had this much of an issue at the dentist before. I believe they do a great job with many of their patients but unfortunately I was not one of them. Disappointed.”

“I was nervous going in since usually the dentist gives me anxious feelings but I was welcomed with a shockingly not terrible time. Lovely dentist and staff. I believe her name was Nicole but she was lovely and kind throughout my visit. The dentist was also very nice and offered to do my fillings right away since there was a cancellation. The woman at the front desk (I’m sorry I forget her name) was also so nice. Overall great staff and as good as an experience I could ever expect going to the dentist to be.”

Very modern office with all the latest technology. This is the only office I've been to where I feel like I have a choice in my dental treatment plan. Junny the X-RAY TECH was so sweet and understanding, which put me at ease. The receptionist was so welcoming and soft spoken which really help seeing how I was so nervous . The Office Manager Jessica was amazing at crunching numbers and explaining it all to me, and god bless her it was a lot.
