They are so friendly & welcoming. I have had cleanings and a partial root canal. They are excellent at what they do, explain things in detail, run on time and care about their patients. “I'm giving this place a 1 star rating because: 1. The business model is not my cup of tea. They want you to pay upfront or get financing before they work on you. Then, file an insurance claim. I would rather find an in network dentist that accepts my insurance and I don't have to worry about having dental debt. Everything feels like a sales pitch instead of them caring about patients' well being. 2. The wait is ridiculous even with an appointment. 3. They bombard you with several texts and voice-mails. I had to block them. This has been my experience. I wouldn't recommend them.”

“Dr. Norkiewicz is an excellent dentist with an excellent staff. I felt absolutely secure. I was in good hands. His outward manner gives you confidence. As soon as I arrived to the office they attended me promptly. Karla the receptionist was very welcoming. I didn’t have to wait. Dr Norkiewicz was precise and had my wisdom tooth extracted in no time, almost like at the blink of an eye. It was just like that. Impressive! He is a focused and happy good guy person. The registration and checking out instructions was smooth. The office is impeccably clean and is at the top of any idea you may have about a beautiful and functional dentist office with the best and up to date equipment in this field of work. This is not a small or “regular” dentist office. It’s a gorgeous huge office. It was a “pleasure” to be there considering that a visit to a dentist may be a mental nightmare. It has a vast parking area. It was not so easy to find the building, but not difficult either. It’s kind of hidden, but when you find it, you are happy to be there. You have to be a bit familiar with the area. I left the place with a sense of satisfaction. I absolutely recommend this place. I hope it continues delivering such excellent service.”

“They won't call you back on time ever. I have came in early and waited past our arrival time. I have came on time and waited past my arrival time. Don't make plans afterwards bc u won't make it. The staff have straight up lied to my face about receiving paperwork I know was sent because I was on the phone with THEIR staff when my kids orthodontist sent it. I was told they received it while on the call. I come in and they tell me they never got it that my orthodontist never sent it. One thing I can not stand is a company pushing off responsibility. Not once have I come in here and had a pleasant interaction. Sarcastic kindness. Be careful in here. They will pull the wool over your eyes. Side not I came in today with a positive attitude and it was killed waiting 20 minutes after our arrival time.”

The dentist carefully explained all options for the services I need. I’m confident that I will get the best in dental service. I’m giving 4 stars out of 5 since I was surprised that it would take so long for a new denture. I do wish it would be a little quicker to get my final denture. Three months seems a little long for a new denture.”

“Employee's attempted to double charge me for my products since their computer system is flawed. This inconvenience began when their computer system asked me to put in the 3 digits on the back of my card, instead of the typical 4 digit pin. Due to this flaw, my initial transaction had to be cancelled, therefore their machine printed a "Cancelled" receipt. After the second attempt of paying, their card machine successfully took my payment, but did not print a receipt since it appeared to be broken or jammed. The employee then claimed that neither transaction went through since she finally noticed the "Cancelled" receipt from the first attempt. She tried to have me pay AGAIN for the same products I just bought. I stated that the "Cancelled" receipt was from the first transaction so she brought her manager out, insinuating that I was attempting to take the products without paying, although she was simply unobservant. After showing them the transaction pending in my bank account, they were still hesitant to let me leave with the products I paid for. Not only that, but after further inspection, the seemingly incompetent employee did not provide me with the products I specifically asked for, but instead a different variant. It appears that certain members of this staff are unobservant and accuse their paying customers of attempting to steal. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. Their fish tank is sweet though.”

“TLDR: Literally the best dentist and dental experience out there. This is the best dentist I have ever been to and it's not even close! I have been to many dentists and orthodontists growing up, so I am not stranger to the ups and downs of different dentistry practices and how hit or miss it can be. When dealing with a dentist, it is like finding a good car mechanic that you can trust and not get price gouged as well as trusting they will perform quality work. Just like you want to show off your car, you want to show off your smile, at an affordable price too! My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. From the first visit and "orientation" to already going 4 times for dental work and fillings. Dr. Lam is the BEST dentist I have ever used. First off, HE CARES! Let me tell you how important it is to have someone that actually cares! I had pretty extensive fillings and repair done to the front of my teeth which is obviously the main part of my smile. He frequently makes sure that you are fine during the procedures, but not to an overbearing point. Basically, he is aware if you are uncomfortable or something is "wrong" and will make sure that you are okay with everything going on. Furthermore, I had some staining on my teeth (from the braces) and he removed the staining on a tooth that I was not quoted to work on and he did it AT NO CHARGE! WHO DOES THAT???? Once again, it is because he cares and he prides himself in the quality of his work. My smile has never looked better. He shaved my teeth as to be more uniform and symmetrical. It honestly looks amazing. I have had other dentists who tried to do fillings on the front of my teeth and they didn't match the shading of the teeth correctly and it just looked horrible. The work that Dr. Lam did was more than incredible and it is almost weird now to actually smile and not feel self conscious about it. We did extra work on my molars and side teeth and I did have to go back 2 times in order to correct the bite and I also had extra sensitivity to hot and cold. Each time they offered to see me that day but I kept my original schedule as it wasn't an emergency. I went in and once again, it was apparent that Dr. Lam cares and he took his time to ensure that we were correcting things and I wasn't in pain or anything else was going on, which can be the case with teeth. If you are looking for a dentist or have a fear of the dentist or any hesitation, I would highly recommend that you at least give them a try. You can see from the other reviews how highly rated they are but it really is warranted and everyone from the front staff to the assistants and of course, to the doctors... This place really deserves the 5 stars and I would recommend them without hesitation.”
