“My wife and I were new patients to the practice. We just moved to Thornton. Our experience on our first visit was great! I got back early. The hygienist, Rayna (not sure the spelling), was awesome! She was quick and the most thorough I’ve had! She explained the x-rays and findings with recommendations with a lot of detail! Dr. Kathol was very pleasant and thorough as well! She also made some very sound preventive recommendations! Follow-up is scheduled. Highly recommend this practice!”

“Brought both my middle schoolers here for an eye exam. Walked in and got paperwork done, was called back pretty fast. They did both kids in the same room so it was pretty easy. The staff was friendly! Doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained what the correction glasses are gonna do! I would definitely recommend coming back to vision. Place was clean and decorated for Halloween. Staff seemed to enjoy working there. Now… I would NOT recommend for DENTAL. I had a lot of issues with the students who work there and was just very unhappy with how staff treated my children. Due to lack of experience in doing dental work my child suffered. Then the management tried to fix it with starbucks gift cards. Thanks but no thanks.. We have never received such awful care anywhere like they gave here. It was years ago but I will never return my kids there for dental. It was traumatizing.”

“I started out having another dentist. My 6 year old daughter had what I thought was an emergency, on a Thursday and of course Monday was Memorial Day so everyone was closed. So Friday I was frantic trying to call my dentist who of course was closed, and other dentists. My sister in law sent me her kids dentist number which happened to be Dino dental, I called of course after closing, but thankfully there was an emergency after hrs number to call, so I did and someone actually answered!!! (cause we all know they usually dont) anyways, I talked to Lauren and she was absolutely amazing, she then had me text her pictures of my daughters tooth and everything and gave me a call back to explain what is happening and what we need to do moving forward. They got my daughter in right away, and everyone there was so friendly and the office is absolutely amazing, my two kids and I were in heaven with all the dinosaurs! So it’s official, we have now switched from one dentist office to this amazing one! Thank you for being so kind and quick to get my child in! Love love love the dinosaurs”

“My entire family of 5 has been using Alpine for approx. the last year. I purchased a pair of contacts and paid for them. I opted not to order at the time of payment because I felt I may have needed the doctor again. That payment was apparently applied to a debt that I owed and my contacts were never ordered. In trying to sort out what happened, I spoke with a manager who could probably take a lesson from her team when it comes to customer service. Staff has been great. However, this manager argued with me about my understanding of what I owed. She stated that I did/should understand the finance issues after I told her the entire experience has been very confusing and that I have not understood. She was not the best listener and talked over me, even raising her voice when I attempted to interject. She was not concerned at all that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I am fine to pay my debt although this was not the arrangement that was made when I did order the contacts. Oh well, I’m sure there is another optometrist whose management team does have better customer service skills. I would highly recommend customer service training.”

They were able to take me for a walk in service and in 20mins had my prescription taken and was out looking from the hundreds of frames they have available. I was expecting my glasses by next week and they had them ready the same day in an hour. I'm glad I was able to find this office as my schedule varies greatly preventing me from making an appointment I cannot recommend them more,give optical masters a try.”

They understood that at his age (with stage 5 kidney disease) he didn’t want to spend months waiting for new teeth. We stepped into the office on a Monday and he is thrilled with the set of uppers he received the next afternoon! They took care to make sure the fit and color was comfortable for him and he couldn’t be happier. Many Aspen Dental offices around the country have poor reviews online. This office is not the same. They are first class!”
